LOL! My experience today wasn’t that great. Luckily, it doesn’t keep me from coming back.
No one responded at the speaker to take the order. Placed order at the window. The lady seemed to just be "chillin" against the counter. Place an order and I wasted 30 min of my life at that window. Impacted the rest of the day's agenda. Didn't receive the correct order after all that and no condiments.. I've shared the word with my network. Worse Popeyes experience yet.
DONT GO TO THIS POPEYES the line takes forever. I think I got there around 6:30 left around 7:15 AND the cashier was going to forget my drink AND I asked for no pickles on my sandwich and guess what there was pickles. I politely told the cashier that there was pickles on my sandwich and she told me to “take them off” no!! Make my sandwich correctly also the sandwich was cold and not fresh
Well I first asked did they have some fresh spicy chicken up she said yes in 2 mins so I'm like yea great. I placed my order i asked for a breast and 2 legs spicy I got 2 breast and a leg which weren't even spicy at all, the biscuit had a terrible taste, my drink tasted like carbonated water, and my apple pie had wayyyyy too much cinnamon and it wasn't fresh like she told me it was. Just say $13 waisted. I don't eat Popeyes too often anymore but the last 2 times I tried it I felt it was a bad decision. Gotta stop eating out.
The worst Popeyes in the country is located in Surfside Beach SC. This one is a solid #2. 6 cars in line and one guy spent over 15 minutes at the order point. It took 35 minutes to get my food. Ordered the tackle box shrimp were fair at best no sauce included and I could break a window with the biscuit. Highly recommend never go here.
Really enjoyed the food and the experience that comes from those Popeyes lines in drive throughs and waits where convos erupt and/or thoughts about and you finally get to enjoy the succulence at the end of it all. Looking forward to my next food journey and I hope you are as well.
Served raw meat and the older lady manager was not nice about it as if it was our fault. The wait was very slow because they were constantly getting orders wrong. I will not come back to this location. Horrible food, horrible wait time, horrible customer service and horrible pot holes in the drive thru pavement.
This popeyes employees are just incompetent and never get your order right. Its literally a 50/50 chance they'll succeed in getting my order correct. And please don't door dash cause then you will surely have to deal with whatever this popeyes give u. I'm fed up with it tbh. And they don't make the red beans and rice correctly either. It's just an all around circus. Hire some new competent workers please ASAP
Great chicken. Horrible service. Hopefully after we come out of the pandemic things will get better.
Waited 45 minutes in line, when management should know at 1pm Sunday is the church rush. Listened to employees talk about customers in front of me because the forgot to turn the microphone off...Terrible.
