This pizza is by far the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. It was not only thrown around. It was half done. And when it was delivered it was suppose to contactless delivery but the delivery driver knocked on the door and insisted to wait on a response. Then when i tried to call the store and get the survey number the lady who answered the phone sat the phone down and walked away. The worst Pizza Hut.
I always order online. Tonight, my pizza was amazing! It was like it came straight to me from the oven! But this review is mainly for the deliverer. She was the best deliverer I’ve ever encountered. She was professional, punctual, and grateful. She thanked me for her tip I left online. It made me wish I had given more. So whoever delivered order 3220305205221001413033611, deserves an award, certificate, recognition, or a paid day off! I appreciate great customer service. Hers was stellar. When order was delivered we had attitude from our driver when I ask from 10$ back my order was 37$ and some change I had a 50$ but all I ask for in change was 10$ not the whole 13$ and some change driver got an attitude said he got the 10$ from his wife and said we about to close it was 10:30ish so I still didn't understand the issue. I call to pizza hut asked for a manager the man said he was I told him about the issue he said what do you want me to do? I said I don't understand the rudeness from your driver he proceeded to tell me they don't due 50$ or 100$ they only have change of 5$ 10$ and maybe 20$. Again All I ask for was a 10$ back YOU have that change you don't need to get your wife to give you change that's not my problem the manager said he provides his driver with change as in 1$ 5$ 10$ I will not be returning bad management and lack of customer service if I could give NO stars I would
First off my pizza was cold when it first got here. Never could get anyone on the phone to discuss my order. I would love to get that whole order replaced and wings for my troubles. It took 20 mins longer than the actually time it was suppose to get here. Ive never ever had to deal with this before from Pizza hut. I love Pizza Hut and this type of service makes me want to change Pizza companies.
This location was clean, Service was great, order was accurate and food was fresh and cooked just right, not over cooked or under cooked. Thanks Lake Harbour, I pass two Pizza Huts near me to come to this location
Ordered delivery, pizza arrived after delivery time with seal broken on pizza box. Pizza looks like it was tampered with, manager said they can only give store credit. Will not order from this Pizza Hut again!

Sometimes on my thin crust pizza I special request for the pizza to be made crispy and at times I have to put it in the oven myself when I get home because it is not crispy due to the special request not being done
This store young managers and workers are rude and have no customer service. They ness up your orders, and half cook pizza dough and you have to just get ripped off because their is absolutely no communication to speak to store or a manager. The call center reps are useless... say they can’t give corporate number and they try transferring to a manager and it goes to a busy signal every time.. I live 20 minutes away and one time I had to drive all the way back to speak to a Mgmt about my messed up order. The manager showed no compassion, no apologies for driving way back or for them getting order wrong. He said he could remake ... I told guy to give my money back. Shame on me today to try them again... smh ... go to Mazzios don’t go to Pizza Hut on lake harbor dr ridgeland ms
