Do you ever get the urge to waste your time and money? If so, go to Papitos in Ridgeland!!! The chips and salsa that were presented was subpar at best. The chips were burnt and cold! The salsa resembled tomato soup. When my main dish arrived, it was hot. The shrimp was grilled to perfection; however, the other items on the plate was salty. To top this experience when the bill arrived, they attached an 18% tip to my tab when I only had one other individual with me. My $50 could have been better spent at Santa Fe Restaurant and Grill.
Food was cold when we got we asked for new food the waitress didn't even acknowledge us till it was time to pay. Maybe it was just the waitress.
This was my first time here with my husband. We both ordered burritos. I had mine with pork, and he had one with beef. There was an issue with his order, but the manager fixed it and came out with his correct order. The food was really good. I also had a peach that was okay. Overall a pleasant experience.
Not real Mexican food. Drinks were bad. Definitely not returning. Customer service is no where to be seen. No apology or remedy offered whatsoever.
The steak chimichanga was horrible, the steak had a weird taste. Steak Mexicano was awful, meat was really tough! Waitress was ok… overall the food wasn’t good at all & over priced. First & last time going back
Maria is the best! Service never fails when she's waiting on us, it drops off a bit when anyone else is waiting on us-- but the food is still fantastic, and the margaritas are awesome! I think they're always 2 for 1!
Best food around and always great service and the selections are amazing AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++ highly recommend.
Food was as expected, service was fairly quick and server was kind. Would go back if it was the closest restaurant when that kind of craving hit.
The waiter was really nice and knowledgeable of the menu. I wanted a veggie chimachanga but didn't see it on the menu. She knew exactly what I was talking about and placed the order with no problems. Food came out fresh and hot. I enjoyed sitting in the patio area.
