Horrible! Placed an online order totaling 60+ and was told it'll be delivered in about 25 to 35 minutes. We waited about an hour and called to check on it and was hung up on. After 3 more attempts, got the manager on duty named Nala on the phone and asked about the ETA and she was rude and nonchalant. Said that the pizza was leaving and that she wasn't able to track the driver to give us an ETA. I asked if the pizza was still there and she said yes. I go pick it up and she acts like she doesn't know what's going on. The cheesy bread was cold so I don't even want it at this point and had it taken off. She made sure that she got her some pizza though as she was eating behind the counter. Horrible. I wish we would've gone to McDonald's. If I could take away one if these blank stars I would! I'll have to settle for the 1 star.
The shift leader (Nylah) almost broke my car driver mirror, pushed and shoved me out, and raged out with cursing and swearing!!! Also I was NOT covered for the car accident, while I was on the clock!!! Lastly I was put on hold on the phone for more than 5 minutes when I tried to know more about the New York style pizza specials they may still have, because I was just curious to know that!!! I am scared to even set my foot there, due to not approaching the serious problem they can easily fix it!!! Again, horrible service that even the HR are always going to ignore it and just let that continue on!!!
The pizza was made fast, and everyone was friendly when I went inside.
Customer service and wait time were good. Order was accurate. The food was just lacking flavor. We ordered a Parm Crust Grilled BBQ Chicken Papadia with no bacon and a Parm Crust Philly CheeseSteak Papadia. The BBQ chicken was definitely better than the Philly. The Philly was hard to eat without the garlic sauce. I eventually just stopped eating it. They were not worth $8 each.
I saw the delivery Driver deliver My order to my neighbors home and we live on two separate streets that are different names. the neighbor called the store while I was on call with the manager and asked me if I want my food. What in the world and why in the world would a manager ask me if I wanted my neighbor to give me my food. The manager did not once offer me to free food and a refund for the food. he just canceled the order and said you have to wait 3-5 business days for the money
They stay busy, happening place. The new signs outside look awesome!
The manager and staff are on point at this location. I came on Tuesday, September 21st at night and they made sure I got everything I ordered. When picking up my food I could tell they all loved the job they were doing and were also so friendly and cool. @papajohns y’all have some great employees and managers and deserve the best!
There must have been a change of ownership in the last months. The customer service has markedly changed for the worse. Ordering is difficult, the staff doesn't seem to know how to run their own register, everything is slow and by the time you find they haven't made you the right pizza you don't have time to have them remake it. I've been going to this location for about 20 years and now have to start driving to Flowood for my Papa John's.
The pizza itself was fine. Customer service is definitely lacking. I went to pick up the pizza and had my two small children with me (I was holding my youngest). The guy just hands me both pizzas as I’m holding my kid. He doesn’t even try to help me open the door and it is obvious that I was struggling. Why is common courtesy non existent, especially when you should be offering your customers excellent customer service? This place definitely needs to address what customer service is!!!!
I ordered a pizza today (07/07/2021) at 9:10 and it STILL hasn’t been delivered. It’s 11:10. AFTER CLOSING!
