Wish the place didn't look so run down! Inside dining area is well passed it's time for renovation. Even outside on the patio you can see peeled paint on the window/garage door frame and bird poop on the tables. But I do like the food.
I ordered an in-cafe pickup which went fine, but it was the quantity for the price that was incredibly frustrating. I got the steak and cheese sandwich, the 1/2 version, and it cost $8.49, but the size of it looked like it was made for a child. It came prepared in one of those side pieces of bread that comes with your soups. It also seemed to have been shrunk inside a microwave or toaster oven so much that it appeared to be a 1/5th the size of what it’s pictured on the menu. Not worth the price for the quantity or quality I received. :/
This HAD began to be my morning stop for breakfast, until today! The cashier took my order CHARGED me, packaged it, and then proceeded to say how they were out of the plain cream cheese. Then she went to the “manager” (Jamal) who told her she couldn’t give me a bigger size. The nerve of him to even ask if I wanted to pay $2 more for a bigger one, sir this is you all’s inconvenience NOT mine! Horrible customer service & horrible leadership. You would think I would’ve been accommodated for the cashier not telling me prior to charging me! Give me my refund ! Thank you.
Very salty salad and mac & cheese … bad service… there is no Roast dark coffee ? there is not hot water….
Great little Cafe to grab a bite to eat. It's a bit pricey, but the food is good
Horrible customer service and less than okay coffee. I have held off on writing this hoping that the experience would change. It did not. This is a reoccurring theme.Every time I walk into this Panera there is no one else in line and walk right up to register. The workers continue to stock bread and bagels and doing other things. They can see me and I can see them and they ignore me. I understand finishing the one task that you were doing but to continue to do it is unacceptable. There are multiple people working in here outside of the people in the kitchen. The coffee is horrible and lukewarm. I even took some else to make sure I was not tripping and they said the same thing before I even got a chance to say anything.I have a free coffee subscription but it is starting to be worth it to pay for it somewhere else. I started going to Panera because of a issue I had at Starbucks (not in Ridgeland) but I think I might be going back to Starbucks. My experiences at other Panera locations are far superior.
I have been ordering boxed lunches for small company events from Panera the last few weeks. You have to call for delivery, but it's very easy and Breah takes care of everything you need. She's professional and the deliveries have been coming in right on time. No doubt I will continue using Panera for future events.
Ordered online and did a pickup tonight. Grabbed my meal and looked inside to see what looked like the correct order. Got home and unwrapped what was supposed to be a full size sandwich and instead it was not. Wrapped it looked like a full, unwrapped it was a half. My chips are bigger than it. This is not the first time this location has done this. Managers need to step up and teach this generation how to properly make the sandwich we paid for and how to read the tickets/double check. I've had mcds in west Jackson get my meals correct more times than this Panera Bread.
food is always great. pricey, but still delicious!
Great options for breakfast. Food was good and the coffee was good as well. Will return for breakfast again soon.
