I have eaten at this location countless times. The service is fast and friendly and when The food is always very good. If weather permits, I love sitting on the patio.The restaurant is always clean. The manager, Pat, is very nice and greet customers when time permits. Very nice personality and always working to make sure customers are satisfied with service and food.I definitely recommend going to this location if visiting or in area.
The Food was good and typical for Newk's. Unfortunately we had a to go order and were staying in a local hotel only to find out they did not include any utensils for my wife's salad. The food though was good and the food ordered on the app was ready and waiting.
Always have had great, fresh food with amazing service. Lee out front is always great to talk to!
Food was great. But be prepared to sit in the middle of un bussed tables while you eat. I would say, blame covid. But there where plenty of people who could have helped out.
If you decide to order food from here, I hope to God you don't choose curbside pickup. I have MS and I use curbside pickup because I don't walk well. I was told I had to get out the car and get my order off the shelf outside. I almost fell getting out the car but I picked it up. Before leaving I spoke to Dave, the manager, and he told me curbside was not available during mid afternoon because of staffing. That's not my problem. I thought curbside meant your items would be brought to you. If that's the not case curbside service should only be offered during specific hourss.. Needles to say Newks will never get my money anymore..
Service has been better. We dinner in, no one was at the counter so we had to wait although there plenty of staff around, next the order was incorrect, lastly we had to pay extra,because the counter staff did not take the order correctly, although the order was repeated and he said he included everything. He actually did not. The place was not busy. Maybe new staff ??.
Order was wrong at pickup for third week in a row on Sunday. Wife was overcharged for her pimento cheese, my Mediterranean pizza only had 2 small pieces of chicken and to top it off the pimento cheese was past the expiration date.This is getting to be a regular experience. Your restaurant use to be the best but now its got a lot of problems.
Good place to eat, very accommodating to request on your order. I’ve been to this location several times and it’s been enjoyable each time. They could do better at keeping the sides refreshed where the breadsticks are. People go through them very fast and there’s been several times where they don’t have Parmesan cheese or pickles. Also that area was pretty dirty and sticky the last time we were there. The tables could be cleaner, especially the chairs. Pieces of lettuce was left in a chair at table next to us. That’s why the four stars. Food is always good when we eat here.
Love this Newk's location. The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious. As with any restaurant problems with food do arise. Any time this is the case the staff is quick to resolve and in a friendly manner.
I use the Newk's Market (get in / get out) much more than the restaurant itself but so far has always been good customer service and very fresh ingredients in their salads.
