I reactivated my app today thinking maybe I would give McDonald's another try...boy wasn't I wrong! I arrived at 4:21 log onto my app to let them know I had arrived. I waited..n waited...finally they sent me a message thanking me for my order..that I never got..finally I went through the drive thru to inquire about my order since they had charged my card..when I finally got to the second window they pulled me forward allowing them to make the order..so it was 4:49 when I drove away...to compensate me for my wait..they gave me a free drink...i felt insulted...so do yourself a favor..she yourself the headache..stay away from this McDonald's
The inside was open but it took them dear life to acknowledge me even standing there. Finally I was able to order but then it was like they forgot we was there inside and had to wait about 15 minutes and go back to the counter to be relevant for my order to be filed.
Breakfast biscuits are usually pretty good. But you’re always going to have to wait on the incipient staff on spillway. Dogwood is normally better.
We went there and bought food. The bill board said, buy one get one for one dollar. When we went to the cashier,she rang us regular price. When I asked her about the sale, she started laughing and said, the sale was over days ago but this McDonald's is too lazy to take the sale sign's down. The drove by again to check, the sign is still there. I took a picture.
I sat in the outside order lane for 15 minutes, while 7 cars went through the inside lane. 2 people drove off because they weren’t taking orders in the outside lane! This McDonald’s is beyond a joke!!! How hard is it to take an inside lane order then an outside lane order?
The workers there were so very nice and friendly. The breakfast that I had was delicious. My husband and I will be returning.
I do not understand why the workers just give you anything. They knew this mess was old before they gave it out. Horrible service

By far the worst customer service ever. I sat in line close to 20 minutes and all I hear when I pull up to the window is the crew laughing and giggling and joking. Instead of joking around how about get to work and move your customers along. They never have any type of friendliness. Always unprofessional and rude
If I could give 0 stars I would. As a customer they're rude and the food always sucks. As a delivery driver, oh boy, they are SO much worse. Some days I've tried to enter the lobby to pick up an order (you're supposed to as a driver) but all doors are locked. You knock and they stare at you like a freak. Drive around through the drive thru and they tell you to come inside. You wait outside and knock again and have to repeat the cycle. They literally do not care. Other days you're forced to wait in a drive thru line for 30 minutes that just doesn't move. On days I have came inside, the employees argue and bicker or just goof around. I genuinely hate this place for how they've treated me as a driver and customer, and I'm not one to say that about any other place. Highly do not recommend coming here
