I ordered and paid for a caramel latte add whip cream and caramel drizzle on top.. I get to the window, they told me to pull up , I asked for 3 equal to be brought out as well ... window said ok. Rushing me off they didn’t add whip cream or drizzle or equal packages. These folks need to slow down and get customers orders right. Every time I order this they mess it up..EVERY time. As soon as I pulled up ta rude lead/ manager at about 8:30 on 6/6/22... hwy 51walked it out. I should have stayed at window.... don’t know why they told me to pull up... I asked for the equal packages... very nasty rude woman said what equal. I said the one I asked for... she walked back in talking trash as I had a chance to open top.. order was wrong, so instead of her apologizing she outside arguing with me the customer saying whip cream nor drizzle comes with the latte.. I advised it does and she said well it’s extra for that... I advised I paid the extra. She continued to argue so I told her to refund me my money. The unprofessional woman snatched cup out my hand and took her time in bringing me my 4 dollars for the latte. All the managers/ lead workers are rude, they don’t speak , build rapport, apologize for messing up orders, or say thank you come again... well I won’t come again. I will drive to Madison for McDonald’s. Bring a new crew in. These folks are a joke!
Food good just they forget condiments with ur order
The woman who was working the 2nd window at about 12:30 3/26/22 deserves a RAISE! Such close attention to detail - double checking my food and drinks. SO friendly and genuinely kind.
They have a working ice cream machine! Fast accurate order. Great staff. My new favorite mcdonalds
They forgot half my order. They told me to pull in to a reserved spot and 10 minutes later I had to go in to the store to get it. Not good service.
The lobby is finally open, so I can feel somewhat fancy by being able to sit down and eat my chicken nuggets.

Have worked in the area almost 20 years. Have seen the quality of food and service steadily decline for years. Food is often cold. If you order more than 2 items at least one is wrong. Always out of something or there is a machine that isn’t working. The employees are rude. I understand that there aren’t a lot of rocket scientists applying here but let’s be real!!!
This location is horrible!!! The workers are rude and unprofessional!!!! I was give so much attitude because they couldn’t get the coupon code to work. This is ridiculous… I wanted to cancel my order and I would have if I didn’t already have a mobile order. I don’t know who runs this establishment but you need to do a MUCH BETTER JOB at teaching your employees how not to be rude to a paying customer. I can understand if I was rude but I wasn’t. I am highly disgusted by the treatment I received!!
Best McDonald's I have been to!! Food is always hot, fries are always crispy, never soggy! Service is always great too!!
