I posted about the drinks earlier, and so we ordered food in hope to get the straws we didn’t get. I called the restaurant multiple times and nobody answered. My dasher also waited at the restaurant for over 30 minutes before the food came out and when we received it, it was cold and very sloppily made. Terrible restaurant and terrible service. There’s no reason this place should be open for business.
Sat at the order box for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged my presence. Went to the window, sat for another 10 minutes while employees walked by. Finally a rude young woman opened the window and asked what I wanted. I gave her my order, she said it would take a while, to which I said I would wait, I'd already been there for 20 minutes! I can see the lobby area while I'm waiting and it seems that most of the employees must be on break, that's why the ate having problems taking orders! This use to be a good Krystal, but I guess it's gone to HELL now!
The restaurant closes 3 hours early when on google it says they close at 12Am! this is unacceptable
I've always enjoyed their breakfast & I was use to going to the location on State street but this particular Saturday I was off so I decided to try this one out since it was closer. I got my food & it was Hot and Fresh exactly how I ordered it. I had the sausage 3egg breakfast with grits, scrambled eggs well done w/ toast & a extra sausage. Just what I needed to get my morning started. Everything was good & most definitely will be back to catch that Hot breakfast again.
In line at window for over 30 mins took her 10 mins before she came to window for the first time. And when she did had a bad attitude this is the 2nd time at this location in the morning. I want be back!!!!

Well I got food poisoning after eating there breakfast last Friday ? it was sure good but I’ve been paying for it 3 days now

Google hours say open until 12am but was closed at 10pm
Employees are very rude and the crystals were like they were there for hours very hard bread my wife really wanted them terrible do not go there after dark When you order what you want and then no thank you or nothing with the hand you the food very poor
