I placed an order over the phone, for pick up. I regularly support this dominos, and pay in person with Apple Pay.When i arrived they explained their system was down and they couldn’t accept Apple Pay (a method i used to pay the day before). I believe this should be communicated as I’m on the phone, before i get to the store.Instead of offering a solution for their system being down, and compensating for an inefficiency / inconsistency on their end… The staffs response was “Oh well, looks like we can’t give you your order”, in an extremely nonchalant way, with no consideration for the customer and the fact that i left my house and used this $4.95 a gallon premium gas.I literally only ordered Cinnamon sticks.Something they could’ve easily comped for the inconvenience, the customer would’ve left with a positive experience, & enjoyed their regular order of cinnamon sticks.Instead, i am upset and writing this google review.

My autistic son only eats a handful of things and thin crust pizza from dominos is literally the only food I can get him to eat. Tonight, the pizza received was overloaded with cheese to the point the crust was not crispier but a soggy mess. I called back to store and the manager(male) listened before passing the phone to someone else who asked me to explain my issue again! Super unprofessional! The customer service is lacking! She then ask did I want to bring it back, and they will remake it. No; I’ve made it home. I live 25 mins away from that store. So upset, my son just threw his pizza on the floor and he never does that!

This dominoes sucks to the extreme. I won't be ordering here ever again period. Doesn't pay to have a manager on duty they are worthless too! But I know the franchise owner so I'll make sure something is done about this! Ridgeland dominoes does not have it together!

This place is aweful!! I placed a carry-out order that has been ready for 15 minutes but I can't get o the drive-thru window because there's a person standing there placing an order and instead of having them move out of the way along with the four cars in front of me they allowed everyone to just Place their order and wait. They will not allow you to get the order at the front door and we're very ugly and rolled their eyes at me when I ask for help. Glad one is being built closer to my house so I never have to come back here.

90% of the time the orders are accurate and arrive well made. The other 10% is meet with a friendly and helpful staff willing to go above and beyond to make things right. We order pizza often, and most of the time it's Domino's. Great price, great customer service. ??

Ordered extra spinach for 2 dollars extra or so. I could be off. Got about 7 spinach leaves. I called back and was told the spinach is hidden under the cheese of a Brooklyn style pizza. Right. If you didn't do it right just be honest about it. Have mercy.

I have ordered from here twice. Both times the twist were under cooked. Yesterday they remade the twist. I will not be going back to this location. Their customer service skills need improvement. I'm not from this area and this kind of service isn't acceptable.

I got there right as the online timer completed the order and still had to wait another 15 minutes. But the cashier was super friendly.

I ordered pizza. I put instructions “Call when you arrive, cannot hear door from room.” I had roomates get home shortly after (unbeknownst to me), and he arrives, ignores my instructions, and delivers to the door. They don’t know anything, so instead of calling right then, he goes back to his car, calls me and says he’s leaving. I say “No no no, I’m here! I’m here!! I’m running out now!!”I go running out of my house, him still in his car at the end of my lawn, I’m waving my arms and screaming (and I am LOUD). He ignores me and drives off.I then go to the store, explaining to the store what happened as I drove up. He pulls up, I get out, tell him who I am, and demand my pizza, my property, that I paid for, and in fact paid for its delivery, and a 20% tip. He DOES NOT give it to me then either, and takes it with him back into the store. They said his name was “John Smith”. I HATE this man now. Fire him, and you’ll have won back a customer. Make sure he’s not the one delivering your food. The worst kind of person, hands down.

They have good selection of menu with the best prizes. Expect delays in Carryout
