I have been going to DQ since the 1960’s. This is by far the worst of the worst customer service. Cashier named Tarra didn’t have a clue how to use the cashier so she called 2 other employees and they didn’t know how to either. Had coupon for a small dipped cone that was scanned and I was still charged full price. When we didn’t get our order called after a reasonable period of time, my son walked up to the counter and the shake, which we also ordered, was just laying there for anyone to pick up. The best thing they can do is either close this DQ or hire all new employees who give a ****. Neither me nor my family members will ever be returning to this no-star location.
Great staff at this location on old Canton Rd! Good was all fresh and hot. Service was fantastic.
Service was great. The lady who took my order was nice. But I should have checked the bag before I left :( my order was incorrect. My blizzard, oreo mocha, was delicious.
I work in customer service so I do understand that this is the key to most successful businesses. The customer service I received when getting my food tonight was not great. The woman in the window did not speak to me in a friendly way, or anything of that nature. It was very rushed, like “here’s your stuff, please pull up.” The food was good, but I would say that customer service skills are definitely lacking at this location.

Worst DQ I’ve ever been to. I’ve been about 4x to this one and it’s average wait is 25-30 minutes. Completely incompetent staff, sorry to say. I’ve even waited up to 20 minutes after ordering for a vanilla cone.
Go get a blizzard they are always perfect exclamation pois! And the staff at Dairy Queen grill and Chill... Super nice!
I was there today and the blizzard was one of the best I’ve ever had. The fries were hot but the hamburgers were awful. They weren’t hot and tasted stale. It’s like they made them hours before. Yuk!!!
I work here i love the store the atmosphere the customers I always have a smile on my face when I greet them I try to keep it clean as I can to appease my boss im trying my best.. I bring my kids here for ice cream they love dairy queen as well...
