Very rude and slow service at this location. No good customer service and staff needs training. Manager on duty no help at all. Will be contacting corporate today.
Local Ridgeland, MS Burger King. Has great prices, great customer service. They are pretty fast.
You would think any franchise or food service would answer the phone, especially in todays pandemic. But i guess that’s acceptable customer service in todays generation huh ?Called 5 times.
I never actually go this location for my food. If I ever order Burger King, it is on DoorDash, but from this location. Our food is always really good and accurate.

I got it remade shoulda got a refund because the lady had a attitude with me like I did some wrong ??♀️??♀️She remade the burger and fries but she said she not giving me no drinkI was like but ma’am I waited in this long line what I’m soars do choke on the burger and fries she said “I made the food over I can’t refill cups through the window”I said can you just give me another cup she shook her head and said that’ll be 2 dollars and fiddy cent!I was like ??♀️??♀️And I was even dressed to go in a store ??♀️??♀️??♀️
I stopped by on Saturday at about 11:30 and was concerned about the length of the wait in the drive through line but I was in no hurry. What I found out was that there was only ONE employee handling everything from taking the orders, cooking to food, and handing out the orders! Such a dedicated employee should be rewarded with a healthy raise! I hope other customers were as patient as I.
