We will not be back. We have tried to love this location, because it's convenient for us, but it is always a terrible experience. We have had a different bartender each of our 5 visits, and yet only once did we get anything close to good service. The others have made us feel like we're bothering them, to do their job, by just placing an order or asking a question. The bartenders don't smile, and seem miserable to be there. The last visit was the last straw. There was a new bartender working, with a seasoned bartender and manager behind the bar. Getting any assistance, from any of them, was impossible. After an hour of patiently waiting to place our order, we left cash to pay for our 2 drinks, and left. The Flowood location blows this one out of the water, and we will be patroning it, only, going forward.
As soon as we walked in we had to seat our self after waiting 20 minutes, We sat down and waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks offered waitress was nice and friendly. After having our drinks we waited another 30 i personally had to get someone to see if they could attend us, we waited for a whole 50 minutes to get our food not to mention other guests that arrived after us had their meal before us. We arrived at 9:04 and LEFT AT 10:46 besides from the service we asked for takeout and they just all bunched it all up in a single bag after it was all separate orders they didn't even take the time to have an individually. Went up to the cashier and had an attitude the waitress came asking whats the problem after waiting a whole hour we had to wait even longer to get checked out.Bagging our own food in separate ways, she charged 18% of gratuity which seems highly unacceptable giving from the HORRIBLE SERVICE we received. WORST QUALITY EVER!!
Not the BWW I remember. Prices have gone up. The quality of the food is ok. I have better wings from establishments that don't even specialize in wings. Service wasn't that great. Don't know if it's because of a shortage on workers. We sat outside upon arriving. Didn't get a menu until 15 minutes later. Server was nice but again the service wasn't. Took food a while to come out even though they didn't appear to be busy. Food tasted ok. Business started to pick up while we were checking out and so it took about 20 minutes to get our ticket cashed out. I wish this establishment could go back to running how it use to run because with all these newer businesses popping up around the area they may be in trouble.
Where to start?... The drinks where good and the food was hot. However, the service at first was TERRIBLE. Our waitress clearly did not know how to multitask her tables nor could she have understood exactly what to do in earning her tip. We expressed he are here for drinks so please keep them coming and the children will eat. Their drinks came quick but our bar drinks took 15-20 minutes, me going to the bar and my complaining to get them. The waitress catches an indirect attitude and constantly avoided our table as we just sat there watching her move AROUND us until we requested a manager who by the way got right to our concern and request for another waitress who can be attentive. When I say she was the BEST(I think her name is Lauren). Swift, attentive, went above and did it with a smile while also ending up having to attend to our initial waitress other tables( she was just that slow). Because of the 2nd waitors help, we felt she was worth the $30 tip. High five Lauren, you made our visit worth it❤
We love Buffalo wild wings but not this location. We walked in and there was a sign that said seat yourself. So we sat outside after about 20 minutes and never having a server come up to us but the server was helping other people on the patio I walked inside and asked for a menu. The lady that helped me came out and said that the area that we were sitting in his service by the bar and they told her that she could take us. She was very polite. When we received our boneless wings they were so dry and over cooked it was almost like eating cardboard.
I had a very bad experience here tonight. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese and it came out very cold and watery, it was honestly gross and I don’t understand how the crumbs on top of the Mac and cheese are almost burned but the cheese underneath isn’t even melted. And it took over two hours for only two items to come out while I saw people who came in almost an hour after I did get served. Save your money and go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Flowood.
I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Ridgeland Ms. on Lake Harbor. I ordered the brisket sandwich so when my order came out I started eating and the sandwich was so so so salty. My bf called the waitress over and told her that I have high blood pressure and asked if I can order something else. She was looking like I don’t know and ask what I wanted her to do so I’m confused because he just told you what was going on . Then the waitress made a comment and ask can I get you some Cheerios ?? I didn’t find that funny at all. So we asked for a member of management no one ever came out . I told the waitress to just explain to them the problem and if I order something else will I still be charge for this salty brisket . The waitress came back out about 20 mins later and say yes I’ll still have to pay for it so I told her just forget it. My son’s wings came out cold and my bf grill chicken wrap was cold also. No more dining for me or my family there.
Take out was handed to me quickly and respectfully. Deference and integrity helps makes the eating out experience all that much better. Buffalo Wild Wings understand this and I just want them to I appreciate you and all you do serving bomb food paired with numerous live sporting events.
As soon as I walked in a disinterested man greater me; he asked how many, and I told him 1 and ask if the bar was open. He said yeah you should probably sit at the bar. The bartender looked at me and before I could order anything or just sit. Asked for ID like she did not want me here. Got a drink I liked. Then she said she would get my order when she comes back but that didn't happen. The second time she came back she asked for my order, easy always I order the same thing at all Bdubs. Then ordered a sour beer she suggested and let me have a taste of it before I got a pint of it. I was weird, as long as I did not find it bad. At last-call got another of the first beer that I love. And sat drinking on both till after close. But I like the fact they let me finish my beers. The service could have been better, but it was good enough that I will not be put off from coming here.
I understand being busy but I don't understand having a guest sitting there for 30 minutes without even placing a drink order or even being greeted.... unacceptable... AT LEAST greet and say I'll be with you soon or SOMETHING don't just freaking ignore me entirely.... gonna just start going to wingstop for my wings if this is the kind of service that's to be expected
