I ordered a three scoop sundae through DoorDash. The sundae I received is a one and half scoop sundae. I have ordered the same three scoop sundae three times in the last week. I tried calling the store and there was no answer. The second time I called the store it sounded like a fax machine. The third call I made to the store, no answer and a voicemail recording stated that this number is a cellular number and I did not have the option to leave a message. The fourth and final call I made to the store, an employee maybe the owner answered my call. As I was trying to explain the reason for my call she became very combative and yelled at me. I politely told her I am writing a review about my experience. I have spent about $45,00 for ice cream and the convenience of delivery to my home. I WILL NOT order anything else from this Baskin Robbins store ever again. I refuse to support a business that does not care about their customers. Beware.
The ice cream taste horrible. Vanilla sour and strawberry taste old. I wish I could have gone back. I called but they were not willing to talk to me about it.
I Ordered an Oreo blast and once I tasted the product it was ice coffee. I was like this was not what I ask for and the sale person got smart and was like that’s your fault deal with it. The owners of this Baskin Robin location has the nasty attitude. If I wanted ice coffee I would have ordered it. They did not try to fix the issue. Then the sale person tried to holler at me because I asked about my item. Please don’t give your money to those mean people. They have bad customer service. I will never eat here again.
Best ice-cream ever! My favorite is the chocolate chip cookie dough. The ice cream is very fresh. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
Another chain restaurant, I will say that unlike the others I've never had a negative interaction at this location. Sure sometimes the indian guy couldn't understand my english but he got the order right anyway

I had excellent experience at Baskin Robbins. The customer service is great and myriad of options to select from.
I think the interpretation of how someone treats you really depends on how you treat them. Maybe in the past they have genuinely had bad customer service, or maybe they just had bad customers.But me and my partner have been here a few times and they are alway so kind and constantly serve us with a smile on their face. I've never experienced anything negative from this place.
