Visited the Lake Harbor Rd, Ridgeland Ms location on Friday 4/29/22 and was probably one of the worse experience ever. Jayde was the highlight of this Visit and we didn't have to wait long to be seated. The food wasn't all that grand. Our first waitress passes by our table and stated she would be back shortly-NOT!!!. Found out that same waitress was sick and was in the bathroom throwing up- not hearsay; but actually had to take my niece to the bathroom and witnessed it for myself.
It was okay had a very nice waiter. I mean she was great. Would go back because of her service
The service was horrible we was having a birthday dinner for my cousin and the service was terrible my sister food never came out our food was dry the drinks was watery our waitress was not at our table or checking on us it was just horrible I will not go back to Applebee's in Ridgeland service is horrible just waste of money
We went on Valentine's Day and even though there was a 45 minute wait, it was all worth it! The food was perfect as well as the service! We had a awesome time!
My family and i came on march 11th. This place was filthy. Straw paper everywhere, silverwear all over the floor. It was just nasty. My salmon was not seasoned right it was just a poor visit
Host sat me and my son at a booth . Sat there for 30 minutes no one ever came to our table. After another 15 minutes a server comes up and says the server who suppose to work the section never showed up and they are not waiting anymore tables. So we had to leave?
Very slow moving staff, I'm consistently waiting over twenty minutes over the scheduled pick up time on my to go orders. Very disappointing Applebee's location.
Good food and good staff
The food was lukewarm, although the plate was hot. I truly believe that they microwave their food. The water we had was not tentative at all. They were not busy at all.
