Good food but long wait.I get mild wings with salad or fries.Kool-aid is good but try mixing the different flavors.
My wings was half cooked and basically raw I will never again spend my money here.
This you lady was very rude to the Customers she clearly doesn’t care about her job. She was yelling over our food without a mask, and became upset when we asked for a refund. We all were told we complain to much, and no Manager were present. Very Very rude.
Customer service in the North park mall is lacking, young ladies slurping something from a spoon face timing and laughing and playing, I saw what appeared to be a manager owner whatever come out she would have at least ask them to stop leaning down on the counter drinking with a straw and then turning around handle customers food and sodas this was crazy

I will not be coming over here nomore. They messed my order up all the way. I ordered a chicken philly answer with extra Mayo and lecture with hot wings with lemon pepper with a side of fries. I didn’t get the fries nor the sandwich in my order. When I tried to call back it was no answer. Just ridiculous!!!!!!!! 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
It takes entirely to long for some simple food. This is ridiculous!! Workers are laughing,playing.
Intentionally ignored after asking for the 3 ranch dressing i paid for . A lady whom i assumed was a manager or supervisor asked the cashier did they give me items . everyone just looking lost i waited 5 minutes or more. Im asking nicely will someone Please give me my ranch. Customer Service is not important to a lot of people but it greatly matters to me .
I enjoyed my food and the wait wasn’t that long
cashier's are rude. orders wrong. wings cold. cashiers had attitude. like they were not happy to have a job.
