Got a text that they were offering BOGO meals for teachers & nurses on May 3rd. Tried to redeem and was told this Zaxby’s was not offering it.
I ordered A salad online and the instructions were to come inside to pick up. Get here and the doors are locked. I called and she said I’ll bring it out. 15 min later no salad. Open your doors and stop with the fear. This is insane.

Online order took 45 minutes to arrive to car. The food was cold and not fresh! Disappointing!!! I will go back bc I otherwise like Zaxby. I'll just stick to drive thru.
Gee thanks! We sat in line for ~30 minutes to get told by another possible customer that they were closed! Seriously, what happened to a little customer service and letting us know you were closed on the speaker. I will opt out of visiting this place in the future.

Sat in the drive-thru for about 45 minutes just to arrive home for them to forget one out of the two number 1 meals we ordered. Immediately called the restaurant to tell them what had happened and I was told to come back to the restaurant where they would give me my missing meal. Upon arrival I showed them the receipt as well as the other meal we actually got. I was then told they couldn't do anything about it since we didn't have our to-go box but we had all of our other items. I wasted an hour and a half out of my day dealing with this situation and I was essentially told "too bad so sad". If you want to get fast and credible service just go to Chick-Fil-A instead. I wouldn't recommend anybody come here as they won't reimburse you for their own mistakes and they also won't give you the food that they scammed you out of after sitting in their drive-thru for over half an hour. I haven't had a worse fast-food experience in Oxford than I did at this Zaxby's restaurant. They scammed me out of 1.5 hours of my day and $12 from my missing meal. Do not eat here. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
I wish the chicken tenders were a bit more flakey, but they were alright. the service was great, I like their new dri fit shirts.
