Worst customer service ever. They first of all, did not list all of the ingredients of what’s included in their fried rice on Uber. I’m very picky, so I specify what I do and don’t eat. When I told the girl in a nice way what the problem was, she laughed in my face, and is frankly the worst employee. She then proceeded to talk smack about me to the manager while she didn’t think I could hear, then told me I’d have to tell Uber, laughed, hung up. Again, the WORST. Go to aloha or rice and spice.
Excellent food, friendly folks. I love the soups and the basil fried rice. Everything I have had was excellent.

The food is cooked to perfection. The portions are colossal, and the price is very reasonable. The only complaint I have is I can't tip them with my debit card.
Little bit too long of a wait time for food when dining in. Employees were very nice and could frequently be heard apologizing to customers for length of wait times. Due to COVID there is almost no seating for dine-in. Only wall side bench with three tables. Appeared to be adequate room for a couple more tables, at least. Had the Thai Pho. Big fan of Vietnamese Pho but Thai Pho much blander and has way less ingredients. No major complaints other than the slow wait times despite the appearance of sufficient kitchen staff.
Zaap’s is open again and at its new location just up the street. The new place is much brighter and inviting with outside seating as well. Same menu and same excellent dishes at very fair prices. It can still take a while, but everything tastes fine as usual. Watch your spice level — 4 is pretty hot and spicy to most people I’ve talked with; 5 will light you up and is more for those with great stomach linings. Still one of the top Asian picks in town.
Always yummy food. The staff are always friendly and answer any and all questions. I have tried new things because of the recommendations from the staff and I’m usually not one to try new things.
I pick up food from here all the time for me and for my family. The food is off the chain. Our meals are perfect every time. They NEVER get my order wrong. Some reviews said that the place was plain, well that’s just fine by me because all that I am paying for is great food. I am here to tell you that great food is what you get. The ginger chicken is wonderful. I often order the red curry chicken, again, PERFECT. If you know who Mr. Phat is then you will understand why the egg rolls are the best in town. Mr. Phat makes fresh egg rolls for Zapps everyday. Do yourself a favor and try this place. Wonderful
We love Zaap Thai - it never ceases to please! This time we tried the Stir-fried shrimp & curry as takeout. The shrimp and vegetables were perfectly cooked and the sauce was terrific. We highly recommend Zaap Thai.
