It was awesome. Came in, wasn't too busy. Stood at the counter for about ten minutes. Only customer there. Three employees made eye contact with me multiple times, never said anything, never took my order, never even acknowledged me. It was wonderful...really great service. Only reason I'm giving it one star is the manager tried to wave me down as I pulled out of the parking lot as I went somewhere else...and it won't let me go lower.
Attached is a picture of my spicy chicken sandwich… however, the worse part is the burger looks like it survived a gang initiated Jumpin! Unfortunately, I found out after making it onto campus before my next class. So, the owner needs to teach about the difference between poultry and beef to the workers. I can only to begin to imagine the cross contamination in that kitchen. Hopefully, something will change as it seems the performance of this particular Wendy’s is… and has been on a steady decline. Though to end on a positive note the sweet tea didn’t taste stale this time.
Management at this location sucks. They won't hire enough staff and then are constantly running out of things. Corporate should really revoke his franchise.
My burger was cold and burnt. My cheese was just laying on burger wasn't even hot to melt.
2 Weeks before..the burger was so cold it was like it was refrigerated. The nuggets were not even Luke warm!! Fries were BURNED!!! & HARD!! Decided to give them another chance..big mistake!! Burger was lukewarm..nuggets were cold & rubbery..fries were cold!! No more chances!!! Order is usually wrong too!!!
I know we're in the middle of a pandemic but y'all didn't have to give us a crispy chicken sandwich so hard it broke my kids tooth! It's cold as all heck. Never used to have issues the the past few months it's gotten worse. It would be better to close than serve food so bad.
Want to wait 30 mins in curbside just to find out they lie and say they don’t do curbside? Want a layer of slime and white mysterious flakes on your drink? Want cold food? Want a sack full of everything was wrong? Want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on terrible service, poor attitudes, and no work ethics? Then stop by and pull up to the drive thru and hope for the best.
At 3 days before Christmas and during lunch time the service was great, drive thru flowed wonderfully, staff very pleasant, food hot and fresh. Order correct.
Went here for dinner today and was told they didn't have anymore chili or ketchup. When I used to work for Pizza Hut and we ran out of tomatoes, I was sent to Kroger to buy tomatoes with a corporate card. I feel like if you're a burger place and you run out of ketchup, you should buy more.
Girl didn't even acknowledge that we were in there, the ONLY people in there for almost 10 min. Too much to even discuss. SLOW, LAZY, DON'T CARE!
