Spent 30 minutes in line despite there only being 3 cars in front of us, which was bad enough.Two bites into the bacon and cheese potato I find a tiny black hair. Ok. One. It happens. And then another. And then another.Disgusting. Ended up throwing away the entire thing.
Good experience. Fast food has gotten slow and expensive. But this was. A hot sandwich made correctly. Thanks.
Awful service. Ordered chili and they said at the window that didnt have any. Very disappointing. Nuggets were cold. Charged me $2.00 for a bottled water despite my ordering a small water. And they got frustrated when I asked for a receipt. Arent they supposed to just give a receipt?? The frosty was good. But $9.00 for a water, 6 cold nuggets and a large frosty (in medium looking cup) is a rip off if you ask me. But that is the way the world seems to be lately. If you get fifty percent of what you order, youre doing well, unfortunately.
My drive thru experience was very pleasant and quick!!
So I work for doordash and I went to Wendy's at 703 6th Avenue Oxford Mississippi and ask the drive-through people what is the policy do I need to wait and do the drive-thru or do I need to come inside to pick up a doordash order they told me I have to wait in the Drive-Thru I'm sitting there in the Drive-Thru three employees are coming up walking into the store I ask them do y'all know the policy on the drive-thru with doordash the guy cut me off and said so we just got to work we don't know what's going on look you're making me drop money and everything cuz he dropped something on the ground while I was talking to him very rude the other employee said I don't know why you don't just drive off instead of waiting in a long line like this. So I sit in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes I get to the window I tell them I have a doordash order they tell me sir you're going to have to come inside and get it so I just sat there all that time nobody could tell me the policy for doordash and then once I get to my turn they tell me that I have to come inside very rude very unorganized they do not know what they are doing inside that store and something needs to be done about it because I just lost a lot of money because somebody didn't want to answer a question
the food was pretty good, but the lady working the register was very hateful
This place has the worst attitudes imaginable. We came through the drive-thru on 11/27/21 around 10:30pm, and no one said anything to take our order. We repeatedly said hello for over 5 minutes with no answer. We drove around to the window, and the guy had the worst attitude. He proceeded to tell us he couldn’t take our order because we got out of line. (There was no one behind us btw.) He told us we would have to drive around again for him to take our order. No one answered in the first place to take our order, but he had the headset on his head. My family and I will never visit this Wendy’s again. We’d rather take our money elsewhere. The guy at the window seriously needs an attitude adjustment.
We went to have dinner Wendy's Burger combos but it did not work out that way , After 30 minutes of them telling us the items they did not have we were able to order chicken nuggets Fries TacoSalad and some off-the-wall drink. Got home no fries, beans weren't fully cooked in the salad they were crunchy. It was a very big disappointment. Somebody dropped the ball somewhere either the inventory didn't get ordered or didn't get delivered I don't know what happened but I'd avoid that place until they get some food in stock
