I was paying at the end of the line and my sandwich fell on the ground. Neither of the too lazy employees(one little kid wearing an alabama flat bill and one older lady). This type of customer service should not happen in a workplace.
3rd time eating a meatball sub not toasted both locations in Oxford are not good. I've never had a problem with Subway, but the Subways in Oxford are not the place you want to eat. Employees refuse to toast sandwich. Poor and incompetent service.
Employees reach over each of our sandwiches to install toppings, which I think is foul and irresponsible and take turns installing toppings on two different sandwiches. Not happy.. Oxford Ms Jackson Ave wsst
Not a huge subway fan but this one in particular will have u coming back the manager of this sight works her tail off and very kind person.the only subway I even like eating
Customer service here on Friday September 17th was also around the time of 5:30 pm. I came in and the employee didn’t say a word and automatically just expected me to give my order with no greeting. Also had a bad nonchalant attitude.

I normally don't go to this Subway in the afternoons, today I had to make an exception. Customer service was terrible. Not both ladies, the one starting the line. First, I tell her what I want, she throws the Flatbread down, I wanted veggie sub but noticed attitude the entire time. My friend placed her order, the exact same thing happened. Maybe her allergies were bothering her, she should have had on a mask for safety to the customers and coworkers.
Always high quality food, but, the price could use some help. I worked at one for nearly 7 years, and I still eat the food, so yeah, it's a good choice.
