Was an overall good experience but they didn't have spicy mustard and said they didn't know when or if they'd ever get anymore.
This subway is horrible... I came by 3 times today trying to get my food.. With a line of people I walk in and was told I can't order that they are about to close for 15 minutes.. What ??? Who does that during lunch with 3 people working. I dint know who owns this but they need to get there business together.. And they have a new sandwich police there now. So be careful.
I will never be back to this subway. Makes me sad bc it’s on my side of town and my kids love it. I was told I wouldn’t be served bc they needed a break to eat which I get since they’re short handed but he yelled at me. It’s not the first time an employee there has been rude to me. I’m not a confrontational person so I feel like I’m nice and reasonable about things.
Great service
I came here on Friday September 17th around 5:30 pm and the workers were doing too much talking and playing and while the guy was cutting my sandwich open he cut his finger in the process and was bleeding. I didn’t allow him to finish my sandwich and walked out. Poor customer service.
I ordered online and when I arrived I noticed a worker struggling to keep her long braids out if her face/in the food. I offered her a hair elastic and she rolled her eyes and dismissed me! Not only was I rudely treated for offering help but my sandwich was horrible. It wasn't made the way I ordered it. Also, my drink tasted like nasty carbonated water.
Place has gone downhill in past few months. Store is always out of everything and rude new employees.
