?The shop is large, spaciousness not used too well, kinda cafeteria feel and noisy like that too. However, it's got some really pretty wall hangings and neat decor details.?Bathrooms showed lack of love but that means they'd had a huge rush before we got there. Cashier was super nice and attentive, drink and snacks came out quickly but my drink was tasteless. Asked to make again, another mistake but third time's a charm. John, my barista, made sure it was good before I left. Got my ?'s worth and had a nice chat with him. When I let the manager know about restrooms he was agreeable.Overall, good experience. ☕️ Mistakes are normal, the reactions are what we look for. These guys were trying to take care of customers in an extremely busy shop. Thank you!
The young lady working the window was an absolute joy, inspite of the overwhelming amount of people in the drive-thru along with a new barista. My coffee frap was perfect and the walnut bread was amazing. Thank you Starbucks on Jackson Ave in Oxford, MS for the most pleasant experience I'd had all day. ??☕

High prices, food shortages, and long waits- I can handle! What I can’t handle is bad customer service. Today was the worst and why I have no desire to go back to this store! I order the same thing EVERY TIME, Venti Pink Drink, lite ice. Today, my drink looked extremely bad! I politely asked could they remake it because it looked different! The rep insisted that my drink was made correctly, yet it had TONS of curdles! When I asked again can he remake it, the rep insisted on telling me it was fine and would taste the same! After asking again, he remade it! Of course, it looked twice as worst! Sadly, this is the second time in three visits that they simply made the drink wrong. Again, I can handle all things related to the pandemic, but customer service cannot waiver! That’s only fair!

Could be a decent Starbucks but y’all close randomly throughout the day and the week. And you don’t find out until you walk up and notice no one’s there!
Some lady was very rude when I was trying to ask a question. She just shuts door in my face when I was asking to pickup my drinks that were sitting on the counter ready to be taken. I waited in the drive thru for twenty minutes and my drink was cold.
Great coffee choices, quick service.Re-update: wait times improving, can be spotty though. You can walk in for your choice now and it seems to have majorly resolved their drive through issue too.Update: this location has started having much longer wait times and the Starbucks app rarely works now. You can't walk in to grab a mobile order and have to wait in the drive through. Whats the point of a mobile order if I can't grab it and go? 15-20 car line that moves super slow. Saw they made one car go back around.
