We ordered on the app tonight, the girl came to bring us our food and read our order back to us and it was correct to a T , and she was really polite so no hate to her. We get home and the “large honey bbq jumbo popcorn chicken” we ordered was just the crumbs from the bottom of the fry basket- all breading and no chicken and only half covered in the sauce . And the “medium cheddar peppers” was completely missing. The service was nice, but our order was completely wrong and the food was no good.
This place it seems is on its way out of business. Half of the things you pulling in to order at is out of order and growing and is never getting repaired. When you go there, it is usually a problem, they are not excepting credit/debit cards or only serving ice cream & drinks. The owner walks around with a big hunk of tobacco stuffed into his bottom lip spitting tobacco where walks. Just imagine what he might be doing with it around food being serviced. Last but not least the Sonic app is of no use at Senatobia Sonic. Holly Springs Sonic is a different story. The problem is the hired help they are rachet. Will try to come and intimidate which is crazy. I guess they know even though their jobs are on the inside but they come out Sonic to confront. They know you are not going to get anywhere trying to make a complaint with Corporate. Hernando the owner believes whatever a certain carhop tells him. He will come out and want listen to a word the customer would say. But he will make an accusation a certain car hop told him that she actually lied. Then he has the odasity to tell the customer not to come back.
Mobile orders and service were fast. The food was great.
Meat was cold on HB. Coke was flat. Tater tots were over fried.
Best Sonic anywhere in the area. Fast, friendly, good food.
I tried ordering on the app ahead of time but when it came time to check out it wouldn't load. I waited for approximately 10 minutes then got frustrated so I pushed the red button and ordered that way. The food was ok, would've been better if the tots had salt on them. Overall I was disappointed.
Up to par and beyond for Sonic ! We love Sonic and this one did not disappoint. Fast and accurate service. Food was hot and what we have come to expect. Here for little league baseball. First time at this Sonic. Superior!
We wanted to try the new grilled cheese burger. But the didn't have the right bread. So my friend had the Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster Sandwich and requested jalapeños on it. He got it and just one little dab of sauce on it and no jalapeños. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was good.
Sonic is always good!! when you ask for extra, they always give you extra!
We got happy hour drinks! They are all great!
