It’s like people that make the food have no reading comprehension, sent my food back multiple times finally just left with the incorrect order, before I come unglued over them putting items in allergic too and kept asking for them to not put it on the food.
Every morning I stop and get an ice coffee before 7:25 am, some days I get my morning discount and some days I don't and I think that needs to be resolved
I love sonic don’t get me wrong but every time I come they always have horrible service and can never get the food right. If your looking for a place to eat fast I suggest going somewhere else. They are so slow and can never get anything right. Do not go to sonic if there is any other place open to eat fast food at.
Fast service! Great location right in town! Clean parking lot! Friendly staff! Angus loves the ice cream dish! Will definitely return!
Don’t do this again. Presentation matters. Put the entire fresh patty on the bun next time. Not two dry old patties.
Everyone knows that Sonic can be hit or miss sometimes. But today was a smack dab in the middle hit. The fries were hot, fresh, and salty ole son. The #2 burger was made with love. I gotta say, the last two times I've been to Sonic, previous time in Water Valley, they have been great. Fingers crossed that it stays that way.
They are 0 for 2 in getting my order correct. It wasn’t real difficult or demanding…. Food is not as fresh as other Sonics I’ve eaten at. Staff is friendly and courteous.
I would give them 5 stars because we love Sonic, but they got part of the order wrong even after we had gone over it and started from the beginning.
Ahh Sonic!! One of its kind… I do like the food here, although I’m a regular at Sonic for its handmade milkshakes Absolutely delish! My favorite: Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake ❤️
