There were multiple parties waiting to be sat as well at that time. The restaurant was very busy, but the older lady with blonde hair and glasses kept sitting the guests.Out server was friendly and sweet and brought our drinks promptly. We got salads as a one of our sides (this is important for later), so we went to the salad bar and got our salads.As we ate the salads and chatted, more people were sat in the room we were in. After a while, we noticed not one table had food other than salads the guests made for themselves at the bar.We kept chatting and waiting. They were really busy so it wasn't a big deal. We are very understanding and I have years of restaurant experience, soI get it. The servers were good and kept checking on us. Finally, the table next to us, who ordered right before us asked the server about their food. She went to ask the kitchen. Several minutes later she came back and told them 10 minutes. 14 minutes later, they still didn't have food. She said there were 3 orders ahead of their order, which meant we were probably 2 or 3 orders after them. We got our server and asked for our check because it wouldbe another 20-30 minutes before ours would be out. At that moment, we had been there an hour and 20 minutes. Instead of waiting for our check, we told the server we would pay at the front.When I got to the front where the older blonde lady with glasses was, I asked what we owed. Keep in mind it was 2 drinks and two salads that were sides of our dinner we never received. She said $19 and some change. I said, "are you seriously charging us THAT when we have been sitting here since 7:15 pm?" She smirked and said yes. I proceeded to say in a conversational tone that that was ridiculous because she was the one who kept sitting all of these tables when she knew the kitchen was behind and she should have said there would be a long wait for food.If this lady is the face of this restaurant, I feelSorry for the restaurant.We love supporting local and wanted to give them a try but we won't be back. The only reason I got mad and decided to write a review was because of how the older blonde lady with glasses acted.The worst customer service experience I have had In a long time.I can't comment on the food because I did not have any. The salad bar was clean and fresh.The older blond lady with glasses has no business dealing with customers with her snarky attitude.

Steaks and fish are awesome and well priced compared to other places. No sauce needed for the steak ?
Can’t say enough. It’s great, hands down the best restaurant we ate on the whole trip.
Food was good but VERY pricey. But really…charging for ice water because “your water is bad”? Sorry but I don’t believe it. Your prices more than cover the $2.00 charge for 2 glasses of water. And when I pay $80.00 for a meal for 2 people (who drank water), I certainly don’t want to stand in line to pay my bill. And a $2.00 non-cash adjustment (which I assume is for using a debit card)?? Ridiculous. These fees should be built in your extremely high prices. We won’t return.
First time here. Staff seemed friendly and the place was pretty busy. Went on a Sunday and had the buffet. ($12per person + drink). First take was that the buffet needs to be put into a different area of the restaurant. It was in a very small area that crowded quickly. Food on the buffet was not bad. I don't know if you only get one drink but we did not receive any refills and didn't notice anyone else receiving one either. All in all it was not a bad place to stop and grab a meal but personally it will not be my Sunday afternoon go to. I will however probably give it another shot in the future.
This is medium steak I order, think twice before come
It’s a no for me ?the food is awful unseasoned and watered down. This use to be a great place to eat a steak but something has went terribly wrong.
Four of had dinner here last night. If you like loads of of french fries, onion rings and fried okra, this is the place to go. Quality of the seafood and steaks was just average, but with prices on the high side. Lastly, there was a 3% credit card surcharge on the bill...I don't usually carry large amounts of cash.
Always speedy service with great food at a great price! Will definitely be back again and again!
