The girl that worked the drive thru line looks like she was In her 20s but when me and my dad ordered food from popeyes today, my dad drove around to the pickup window and my dad was tryna make sure she had the order correct, she said the order over and then she had a stank attitude. And she rolled her eyes at us. Idk if she had a bad day but we never had this kind of reaction when having to wait for about 30 minutes to get food. And when we got home our order was wrong and we missed some food. If you ever have this kind of reaction with a young adult that work at popeyes, it's just sad
I ordered a three piece tender meal on the app. They gave me one normal size tender and two very small pieces of chicken not even tenders! I paid 9 dollars for this meal, and I did not even get full. This is absolutely ridiculous this Popeyes location has to be the biggest joke there is in the Popeyes system.
adore popeyes but the one in oxford is the slowest i have ever seen. I haven’t eaten there in months because no matter the time the drive thru is wrapped around the building and it takes 30+ minutes to get your food.
I really appreciate a clean restaurant and this Popeyes is clean! They work hard for the long line people always coming through and still manage to keep the dining room AND the bathroom clean! Thank you!
Amazing food. They take their time but that's no issue; the people are kind, the food is high quality, and it's one of my regular places. Absolutely love it
An hour and a half after they confirm the order, it gets canceled because “we’re not open” even though the order was placed AFTER they claim they are open. “We only have 2 workers”. Okay. And? I’ve worked several shifts with only me and a line cook on ballgame weekend Saturdays after bars shut down and our longest ticket time was 20 minutes.So maybe get y’all some workers that actually want to, I dunno, work?
I have never left a review for any restaurant in my entire life but this Popeyes has left me no other choice. It should be a felony to run a business this way.
35 minutes in the drive thru was tough but understandable. However the tenders I recieve lacked chicken. It was all breading with an 8th of an inch of chicken. I was charged more for M&C and got 2 bites..
First off, I love Popeyes Chicken! The location in Oxford is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to! They never open on time, they close before closing time, the wait is horrendous and they only have about 3 workers at any one time. I don’t know if this is a chain or franchise but they should either get new management or close!
