Our office is close by, so my coworkers and I eat here fairly often or get take-out. They haven't reinvented the burger, but the food is consistently good and I've yet to have a bad meal here. There is a variety of different burgers to pick from, so you can mix things up and try something new when you come back. One of the best parts about Phillips is sitting on the porch to eat lunch.
Quaint and nostalgic country diner. Especially liked the decor. Nothing fancy about the food, but you won't be disappointed with it. Just down home cooking.

Very good, homemade style burger. I got a double but shouldn't have, single was plenty. The fries are fresh cut and delicious and the employees were pleasant.

The guy taking orders is rude. Food is just as bad. I would not recommend under any circumstances.
