Great food and on time service
AAAAYYYEEE!!!! SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE HARD WORKERS AT PAPA JOHNS I ORDERED THE NEW SHAQ A RONI AND IT WAS DA BOMB ITS REALLY LOADED WITH PEPPERONI AND IT WAS FRESH AND HOT THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND FRIENDLY !!
Honestly, I would have given them 0 stars if I could. They treat the workers poorly. I’ve heard it from a few of the workers that used to work there. They lied about the pay, they lied about reimbursement for mileage, they lied on my paycheck, they made me wait weeks to give me my pay because they didn’t put my bank info in then I called to see what was up with it again and they finally checked and they’re was a paper check confirmed with them that I’d be in to get it showed and then they gave me the run around, I told them multiple times certain days I can’t work because I work security reminded them days prior to which days I can’t work they still put me on the schedule and then considered me as two no call no shows, hours are terrible asked one manager for help and he snapped at me for it. The place is a joke to work at unprofessional and an embarrassment to say that I even worked there.
I love ordering on the app. I can customize and track the progress and know when it's ready to pick up. My order is always right from this store. Keep up the great work!
Do not waste your time order delivery from Papa John’s. I ordered pizza last week and it was cold and hard when he got to me over an hour after I ordered. Thinking it was just a fluke, I ordered again just tonight. My payment processed at 8:52. At 9:58, the app was saying my order was cancelled and was on the way. When I called, the general manager wouldn’t even get on the phone, but passed messages through the young lady helping me. He even yelled in the background debating the time of my order. He was highly unprofessional. Understaffed or not, customer service here could be better.

Take meatballs off the menu now, there's no reason for that and it causes confusion for some people it's almost like a trick. Let's do better yall
Order pizza and was expected to recive it b/n 30 to 40 minutes as the notifications in app. 2 hours and half later not pizza delivered. When I called one of the employees try to tell me that they have only one driver then when I talk to the manager Abigail she tried to tell that they sent a notification that the pizza is going to be late 100 mins which was false she never send and she told me it is going to be one more hour. For a pizza 3 hours and 30 mins congratulations pap Jones lost a customer. Never again order a pizza from pap Jones.
Service was good and pizza was good I just chose the wrong Pizza I didn't like it
