So, I have an unlimited coffee subscription which I love because it helps me get through the day. Usually the service here is ok. However, today I went in for my normal cup of coffee and the cup was not in the pickup area yet so I waited patiently. So then after waiting several minutes I asked one of the two cashiers who were standing at the register (talking to each other - no customers besides me were in the store) for my large cup. She then directed me back to the place where I had been standing for 8 mins for a cup and her reasoning for not simply going to get the cup was “ ask that guy he’s already in the back” and she was merely chatting with her coworker. So I stand waiting AGAIN for a CUP and when I finally catch the attend of the guy whose preparing the food, I asked him the cashiers name because she was rude and he proceeded to question why I wanted to know her name, turns out he’s a manager with equal rudeness! makes me just want to go to Starbucks because they are definitely more friendly and offer faster service.

Food is good but a 6$ cup of soup well at least it came with bread and some chips eating healthy is exspensive.
Most of the staff is awesome. We've only had one bad experience with one worker. The good is good and always fresh. The food is pretty expensive but it really is good.
I REALLY love this place! The food is good always hot! And this is such a nice peaceful environment! ♥️❤️
Good food, both for a sit-down meal and for a take-out. Great bakery items as well. The manager greets you by your name, which is excellent. One of many reasons why we call Oxford home.
Have gone twice now and asked for extra red onions on my sandwich and get 0 instead.
First time ever visiting Panera! All the employees are super nice. I got the pick 2 half mac and cheese half sandwich. They both were pretty good! It was quiet inside the restaurant definitely a cool place to study or to hang with friends.

MY 1ST TIME GOING TO THIS PANERA BREAD AND THE DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE ORDER TAKER WAS SOOOOO VERY PROFESSIONAL IN TAKING MY ORDER AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE PIZZA NOT ONLY THAT HE SAID IF I DECIDED TO ORDER IT IT WOULD BE READY BY THE TIME I GOT MY ORDER PAID FOR AND IT WAS THE. BOMB IT WAS MY 1ST TIME HAVING IT ILL BE BACK TO GET ME ANOTHER ONE NO LIE THE GREEK SALAD WAS DA BOMB AS WELL SO I JUST WANNA SAY TO TO THE MANAGER THE CREW U GOT WORKIN ALL OF DA BOMB THEY GET A 10 STAR FROM ME I WENT AROUND 1230 ISH!!
