I want to give zero star if I could. This is the Crispy Chicken they sold.No source,No vegetable and overcooked
Insufficient staff training. They don't know the difference between a double burger and a single. I ordered a double burger, sweet tea and chips. I paid $20. What they gave me was a single layer burger. Single layer, single layer. I recommend not going there to order food. Or you have to check your food. I called the restaurant and when I described the problem they just hung up. This is so rude. It's the employee's job, but apparently they don't take it seriously.
I doordashed from this McDonalds 2 times in a row and they have messed something up. The first time they forgot my 20 pc nuggets, and the second they forget my Big Mac meal. That’s like 10 bucks. It wasn’t on doordash it was on McDonald’s. Just be prepared if making a larger order, they will forget things. Waist of money. Plus when I do drive there the employees are so nasty.
This McDonalds is not open when advertised. Better hope the staff wants to work when you get there. It is more common late in the night/early in the morning that your order will not be taken.
This place continues to disappoint me. Either food is uncooked, service is horrible, or they fail to follow simple McDonald’s standards. Would never recommend anyone to get food here.
Drive thru only. Not a long wait. Food was cold.. service was good
Love it here, friendly, extremely convenient and high quality at all hours of the day. During the semester it can get pretty busy but considering so many people come and go out of Oxford due to school, it's to be expected. I respect the workers of fast food during these times due to how hard foodservice can already be, so thumbs up to the workers here!

I’m writing this review because I have been trapped in the drive through line for 45 minutes. We get to the speaker and they tell us to order at the last window?? There have been 40 cars in line the entire time. Something is going on.
I feel so bad that the service industry is struggling because people aren't wanting to work (sad enough) and then those who do show up are stressed and overwhelmed. Having worked in the service industry previously myself, I understand and have patience. But when I pull up to the drive thru to order and say, 'Hello' in a friendly voice and am greeted with rudeness like I was last night at the McDonalds on Jackson...I've had enough. It was like I was a bother and an inconvenience for trying to give them business. The guy working the microphone was so rude I just drove away. NO way they're getting my business and I'm paying for someone to speak and yell at me because I pulled up to order. It really was as simple as that, I tried to order. What is wrong with people these days?! I guess McDonalds can't find decent employees. If they're that rude over the mic, I wonder how well they sanitize and make the food...
