Food was rotten! Now I’m vomiting and diarrhea. Manager Sharon brown called me a lie. Got a email from owner with no mention of refund. By the reviews definitely not first time they served rotor molded food. Have food poisoning now. Owner should fire this lady and all disrespectful staff! Seems they forget us customers are the reason Betsy smith is able to afford that high dollar navigator! Lawyer has been contacted! And prob headed to hospital in morning if conditions don’t improve! Thanks for charging me for food poisoning! Should be a zero star on this list! Had this happen a west jackson location a year ago but the great lady at the drive thru was honest and said there freezer was out so didn’t say anything!

McDonald’s on university is absolutely awful!!! Literally just inside in the middle of ordering an the guy just walks off. This place should be shut down or you should hire people that actually want to be at their job an care about customers because the customer service here is the worst I have ever witnessed in my entire life!!

on there drive thru employees wouldn't take my order been sitting there for at least five min no one took it just drove off they. all we're looking out the drive thru window as I drive by I wouldn't recommend eating there poor service or I should say no service

Waited half an hour in curbside for food after ordering on the app. Still no food. Went inside waited another 5 or so minutes before I was acknowledged only to be asked "Are you the one waiting for curbside?". After saying yes, I was handed a bag of food that wasn't edible. Biscuits weren't done and were just crumbled up in the wrapper on top on my burnt sausage patties. Bacon was burnt and little fragments that were thrown on top of cold egg. The food might as well been sitting in the fridge based on how cold it was. Last but certainly not least, I ordered a sweet tea with my food and sure enough I was handed a cup and there was no sweet tea in the lobby. So I had to go back to the counter to ask for sweet tea only to be handed a maybe half filled large cup of lukewarm sweet tea with melted ice with no explanation on why I didn't get a full cup. I had already wait around 4o minutes at this point, so I couldn't afford to wait any longer. I asked for a refund and intended to leave the food but the employee refused to acknowledge my request and continued to hand be the abysmal "meal" All around a completely unacceptable experience and waste on money.

We waited in line for a little over 30 minutes to recieve cold fries, a spicy chicken sandwich instead of regular and a hamburger with mustard which we specifically asked for none. The girl at the register had a horrible attitude and the cook was too busy trying to talk to us instead of cooking for the line behind us. Always been horrible service, everytime.

Still waiting on a pick up order that I placed an hour and a half ago. 2 happy meals and a 6 piece nugget. I keep telling myself I am never doing it again. The kids wanted happy meals tonight. Big mistake.

This McDonalds is not open when advertised. Better hope the staff wants to work when you get there. It is more common late in the night/early in the morning that your order will not be taken.

Come here to get our food but end up waiting 15 mins in the number 3 online pick up spot. No one comes out so we complain at the window. Find out food was never made or ready. Order is all wrong and can’t even reach anyone at all over the phone. Horrible service for a fast food place in Mississippi.

Despite telling employees 3 times what I wanted, I still got the wrong item. Further is was cold as if it was just taken out of the fridge and was the single most foul tasting thing I had ever tried to eat so I threw it out. I am now feeling quite sick and debating calling the health department.

Their lobby is never open. I suppose they could use Covid as an excuse, but some days I go and it’s open, and then some days I go and it’s pouring down rain, and the lobby is closed again. No one wants to wait for their online order, or DoorDash order in the pouring rain. Stop being lazy and open the door to your customers.
