Its good, not my favorite pizza though and its expensive. It is a fun relaxed place to eat can be busy and gets a lot of little league traffic so hard to get a table at times
Terrible customer service. Waiter never checked on our table. We waited almost an hour for just a Large Pizza.
I don't like to complain too much about local services, so I've visted this one twice, and was disappointed twice. I have nicknames this place "the Lost Pizza Toppings". If you love cheese pizza then my all means all the pizzas are safe. We did do a bacon, ham and pineapple pizza, the flavor was amazing, but if you don't think pineapple belong on/in pizza then these folks got your back. The dine-in experience was amazing with it being clean, roomy, and well lit. Decorations are worth a visit alone. (They have a Jack-a-lope on one of the walls) . That alone is worth 2 stars.
Our server, Darby, was new. She was honest when taking our table of 10 that it was her 2nd or 3rd shift there. Most of us have waited a table or two so no big deal. Mistakes we made but she had the BEST attitude imaginable & we LOVED having her take care of us. The other staff members that were helping her were awful. Rude and visibly disgruntled about helping the new employee. The eye rolls were not in short supply with those two. Trinity (yes I caught her name) even mumbled under her breath that we should "just pay our checks and leave" unknowingly loud enough that we heard her. Our entire table made sure we sent our generous tips to Darby's venmo so she didn't have to share them with the other little brats that ruined what would have otherwise been a just fine experience there. ATTITUDE is everything so 5 stars for sweet Darby! The other 2 "young ladies" could take a lesson or two on customer service from her. I'll request Darby as my server anytime I visit again!
The food is just okay. The pizza is better than the other offerings. The decor is cool. And they carry a good selection of craft beers.
It has to be very difficult to run a restaurant nowadays, forecasting business volume and having the right amount of staff to meet the demand if available. I don't envy the staff not one bit. We were staying right across the parking lot from this establishment and we thought pizza and wings were the perfect end to a hectic day. We ordered online, pick up was set for 30 minutes later. We walked across at the 30 minute mark and entered a scene of chaos. Online order patrons ahead of us have been waiting for their orders for a while and eat-in patrons were leaving upset for how long it took for them to get their food. A perfect storm of more business than anticipated vs. not enough staff at hand to meet the demand. It took an additional 60 minutes to get our order, made friends while we waited, so no harm no foul, right? Well sorry to say that the wings order must have been out a lot sooner than the 2 pizzas order, they were cold, also both pizzas were undercooked and needed to go back in the oven. The food tasted great once we got everything heated and cooked to the right temperature. Not a great experience overall, we ended up eating 2 hours later than we planned, but things could have been worse, the food could have been terrible. Hope the staff got some rest, they were definitely not having a great night, I really felt for them.
After over an hour of fruitless attempts to put in a to go order, I’m left with no choice but to leave a review. How does a functioning restaurant go 1+ Hr without anyone bothering to answer the phone? This has happened numerous times before but not to this extent. It is absolutely unacceptable to not have even 1 employee that can bother to care especially for a place that is as well known as this location is. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable. Spend your money elsewhere. If you work at this establishment, explain to your manager that his/her staffing capabilities have ruined this business. He/She needs to fire each and every employee that works in the Oxford location and start fresh. The employees actively turn off the phone which is absolutely ridiculous.P.S. their pizza isn’t even worth it.
Waited 45 minutes after the time the order was supposed to be ready! Last football season we ate here every weekend but after Friday night we will not eat here again they get slower and slower. The employees could care less and Josh the owner doesn’t care. Just about money for hi
The time before last they got my order wrong twice. Brought the r wrong pizza and then brought another wrong pizza which ended up having me wait while everyone I was with ate and I had to eat at home way later. The last time I went I ordered and brought out everyone else’s food and said it wasn’t in the system after I paid and signed. Again I had to wait. This time with every one I’m with gone and will have to eat at home alone. Both times it was just a thin 8 inch so it’s not like multiple or big pizzas. I probably will not go back because it’s a big headache and waste of time
We stood in line for 20-25 minutes. They took the order in front of us and then said they were taking a 20 minute break from taking orders because they were backed up. There was only us and one other order to take. We understand being backed-up and we were fine with waiting for our food. Very poor choice in dealing with customers. They could have told us that when the line was out the door, not when we had waited and were the next in line to order with one other order and no line.
