I was in the Krystal in Oxford today, I wasn’t hungry but Spence I was there I order one Bacon Cheese Krystal. On the menu it said $1.89 when they told me it would be 2.66. I ask them to tell why the big difference in the price. Another women came from the back and that none of the price on their menu is the right prices. She said the prices on the menu are corporate prices but they are a franchise so they can charge more. What a crock! ! I will not be back.
I've always loved Krystals from decades ago when I lived in the greater Memphis area and there were several Krystals that my friends and I could go to for a quick, yummy, and inexpensive meal. I was thrilled when I learned that Oxford was getting a Krystals! Of course, you can no longer get just a regular Krystal for a QUARTER (yes, I said 25 cents!), but they are still great!
First off, Whoever owns this store should be ashamed, they have almost no employees and the ones they have they make them work with a staff of two.Secondly, half the stuff is sold out and a lot of the other they’re not even making because there’s barely anyone to make anything. If you can’t hire enough people to do the job then just close the doors because this is the saddest excuse of a Krystal’s I’ve ever seen.
my dad and I had to wait in line for a whole hr to order. then my dad asked for a discount and the lady at the drive through window said she couldn't even do it. so we're upset about the service we received it was poorly executed and the service was not up to standard.
This is the worst Krystals I’ve ever been to . The store is a mess , this store should not be open. I’m not sure who the white lady is but she has terrible manners towards customers and employees. My food was cold like it had been sitting for 30 minutes. My drink was watered down. I waited for an hour for my food. The way the manager talks is ridiculous, this is why they are always short staff. I will not be coming back to this Krystals and will be calling cooperate .
This location has a lot of new employees, so please give them grace and patience. We did not have the best experience. However, please know that the general manager takes her job seriously and is working hard to make her team a cohesive unit. She reached out to me to help make our experience better. I can't wait to go back and try out their shrimp poboys! Thanks Kori!
I received the best junkyard fries I've ever had from any Krystal. I'm going to assume that this is the best Krystal in the world. Fast and friendly and excellent food.
If I could give it negative stars it would be negative 10. The GM Kori is a joke. They got my order completely wrong and the one thing that was right was the sausage gravy bites but they were still frozen on the inside. I didn't take but 1 bite and tried to return the food and get a refund but was told they don't do refunds. I waited 20+minutes just to get my order the first time and didn't have time to wait again seeing as how I was working, not only that but I had completely lost my appetite after biting into frozen food. I asked for corporate number and this Kori just smirked and said it won't do no good to call corporate because they are franchise owned... yes I lost my cool and used a few choice words but who wouldn't when somebody basically steal your money and laughs in ur face.
Came to drive through window, lady screamed at me she couldn't hear me and turned off mic so I couldn't order. Drove up to the window and finally got them to come to it i could see the lady with headset smoking inside. We ordered 12 pack of cheese Krystals no onion. Got all the way home in Grenada and found all of the sandwiches loaded with extra onion. My receipt states no onion, the man that took my order yelled back to the cook no onion but they were loaded. I don't know what they were all mad about but they took their mood out on me when I didn't do anything to them. I will go to one of the other many places in Oxford and avoid Krystal from now on. Waste of money as I'm allergic to onions and had to throw the whole order out.
After working here, I'm glad I haven't eaten here in a year. Most of the time the people preparing the food you order are not wearing gloves properly or not wearing gloves at all and serve it to the public. I'm posting this because the COVID cases are rising and there has been a COVID outbreak at Krystal. Masks are not mandatory and no one wore masks when I worked there. A supervisor was soon diagnosed with COVID when I started and many other staff members came down with it. I advise the public to be aware and if you're at risk of dying from COVID, please eat somewhere else. I hated serving food knowing this but now that I'm no longer there, I want to let everyone know.
