Oof, my stomach is telling me to stop, but I can't! Half kidding.This was first time there.I got a handful of different cookies and every one, so far, is amazing. In fact, I'm writing this review to distract me from just demolishing the box in one go.Also, the staff were just amazing and really nice. I'm tempted to say to heck with my fitness goals and visit every week ?
I love this place I come here at least once a week and this week I noticed all new employees. I recently used some points for an order and instead of calling me when they were out of what I ordered they canceled my order. I've never known any place to refund points. I guess they were to busy playing on their phones to actually worry about customers. I miss the old crew.
Have had cookies from here several times when visiting Oxford. You can get them just about anytime as they are open until 3am. great cookies, lots of great flavors. question is how many to take home!!
The first time I tried Insomnia cookies they were chewy, moist, and delicious. This time I would have done better buying cookies from the grocery store & baking them. They are also smaller now. It’s not worth the money.
I ordered 100 cookies, 20 brownies, and 4 quarts of ice cream for an event at Ole Miss. I was SO impressed with how organized everything was and that the order was not only ready when I got there but that the cookies were still warm! The worker even individually wrapped all 100 cookies and helped me carry everything to my car. I would 100% order with Insomnia again!!
Came by on a Tuesday afternoon and there wasn’t any wait or anyone in line. The girl at the register was very nice and helpful. The building was very clean. The chocolate chip cookies were amazing. The only bad thing is they were out of milk! They have all kinds of cookies and ice cream as well. Will definitely be back
Great cookies, ice cream was nice too. Friendly staff. Affordable. It was like $10 for me and my son. Fast service.

Ordered these for delivery to my daughter during finals. They are more than 2 hrs late (despite her receiving a text that the driver was on the way an hour ago). Still hasn't received the order.
