Sunday July 3rd 2022 10:20 a.m. Our server were very rude and unprofessional. Several items we asked for that were on the menu they did not have. I asked a question I were very polite. The server response were. I don't make the menu and you can leave if you like. I complained to the Manager. The Manager were very nice. I asked the Manager what were the server name the Manager told me the server name is Kayle Denney.
I’ve worked at huddle house since April of last year (with a few months exception) and our newest manager Sonya REALLY tries to work with all of her employees and accommodate all the customers needs. She constantly tries to get us fully staffed and trained to BETTER accommodate the customers! We still have flaws (who doesn’t) but being one of the busiest huddle houses in Mississippi that’s expected! I am so comfortable at my workplace and with my crew and customers! If there’s an issue and it’s brought to our attention we ALWAYS try to fix it or offer a discount or a free item on us! I love the customers and work staff at this huddle house!
This has to be the worse place in Oxford. Don't waste your hard earned money. The manager has a terrible attitude towards her customers and servers. I feel for the people working under her and have to deal with that. Worst experience ever! The waitress who's name was Natalie I believe had the worst attitude and most unprofessional.She should be ashamed of herself being as old as she is.I will never be back
If you want cigarette ashes, saliva and sweat in your next meal than come to Huddle House! This establishment is mostly known to be rip off waffle house, but to even call it that would be a compliment. This is not even a real restaurant... this is an abomination to even walk into. Theres waitresses swearing at one another along with customers. the cooks are sweating into the food over the griddle, handling food with bare hand that look like they have not been washed since yesterday. If you care about your families health and well being, DO NOT go to this restaurant as you will leave with some sort of infectious disease.
I've been working here for about a month now . My manager is the best she's always has everything prepared and in-stock for us she's always telling us how much she appreciates us. It's a friendly environment most times. My manager treats everyone the same she's one of the coolest managers I've had in a while. . I think I'll be around for a while.
I dined in for breakfast and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Not from the food but the waitress was down right awful and she cursed freely around the restaurant at the folks she worked with now I am no saint myself but I do not want to hear my waitress say the F word. I sure do not. I sure do not appreciate it and my family and I will not be back to huddle house in Oxford Mississippi Name of waitress I'm reviewing was Natalie. Older age white woman.
Was planning on have a nice meal with my wife in a comfy booth but obviously its to difficult to wipe them down so they had both areas with booths closed off. So we decided to order take out . Half the food was burnt . They cant build a Waffle House in oxford fast enough!!
I am normally not the one to do this at all but something has to give I have came a couple times recently and it gets worst every time. Customer service is everything they don’t even speak to you when you walk in. Attitudes when you ask for a refill on your drink. Food never comes out together always separate and cold. Just horrible I understand everywhere is short staffed but even when it’s not busy here it’s still horrible not sure of their names but the older black lady that’s been there for years and the manager with the curly hair cuss each other out almost every single time I come or my husband goes to pick up Togo food he hears it also! it’s like walking into a soap opera show every time. My kids are with me they shouldn’t hear things like that. And to top it off I watched the manager go outside smoke a cigarette and came right back In and never seen washed her hands who does this.!! This is part of reason people gets sick now. Just nasty if you can’t do simple things in life like be clean and respectful then find a new job. I won’t be coming back nor will my family. I hope someone comes in and fixes this store before it’s to late. I love Huddle House food I guess I’ll have to drive to Pontotoc or Tupelo to eat from now on.
Pancakes were burned and hash browns came out 20+ mins after receiving the rest of the meal.
Four of us ate today.**One person had to send his eggs back because they were uncooked. They came back uncooked again.**Another’s eggs also were raw-the white were runny.**Our waffles never came, and the biscuit & gravy came well after all of the other food had been delivered.Aside from that, one party received his food a good 15 minutes before anyone else did. Just none of it was together. I ordered a patty melt with hash brown and mine was the absolute best. Service was not good. We had empty drinks almost the entire time. Huddle House needs to step it up.
