Whatever these young people are being paid isn’t nearly enough! I’ve never witnessed such hard, consistent work ethic in a fast food place. They don’t slack up for a minute!
? Burgers are always good at Five Guys. The shop here was decently clean and the fries good as always. The cash register server seemed uncomfortable with her role in taking food orders and dealing with customers. Maybe it was her first day? Maybe she didn't know she was supposed to be welcoming? But the other people working in the shop were warm and helpful - hard having the front person not treat you so good tho. Root Beer and Cream Soda had no syrup - just soda water. Bathrooms were moderately clean. ?Surprisingly, the shop was not crowded! Usually they are. Maybe next time we're in Oxford, MS, *if* we go here, it will be better?? ? If it's warmer, we'll sit in the nice outdoor seating area ⛱️
Usually I don’t have a bad experience here but when I went today there were several issues. The soda machine was out of mostly all sodas and the soda that was available was flat. I ordered a regular French fry and what I received was a small fry and they were undercooked on top of that. Currently at home, air frying them to make them even remotely edible. Very disappointed.
To expensive. Fries were cold. Milk shake not good.

This is the Oxford, MS location only....we love Southaven and Pigeon Forge.I ordered a little bacon burger w mustard, lettuce, pickle, mushrooms, my daughter had the LBC with ketchup only, my son a reg bacon cheese w everything and we ordered a regular fry bc in Southaven or Pigeon Forge we're hard pressed to finish the fries bc there's so many. There was one cup, zero overflow for almost 6.00. No... not no but NO. AND they left the mushrooms off my burger and the bun was wet. Not soggy. Wet. For 60....bc of drinks and 2 milkshakes f my children. At 60 dollars, I better be getting everything I ordered and the entire fry experience
five guys is pretty good!!! the fries are always fresh and hot. I can also tell that they take pride in having a clean restaurant. I had the blt today and the back on was crispy and the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh. the folks behind the counter were nice. and the sweet tea was great as well! the only reason I give 4 stars is because the fries were kind of thrown haphazardly in my bag.
