Had to call someone to the front to take the order. Ordered the BBQ tray with coleslaw. It is chopped coleslaw, which by itself is good, but on the sandwich made the bun very soggy. Pulled pork was very dull. Had to add BBQ sauce to give it some taste. Onion rings were really good, but for the extra charge only received 5 onion rings. 1.99 should be at least a dozen.
Food is always good but they need to fix the speaker. Blows my eardrums everytime
We (family of 4 with 2 kids) came on a Saturday about 11:15. Doors were still locked. Called and they said they were running behind. So we waited, understanding the lack of employees. 11:40 doors were still locked with a line in the drive thru forever long. We finally walked up the hill to Five Guys and they finally opened the doors around noon.We understand that there are a lack of employees right now. Management should be prepared for these situations.
Need to care more about the customer you serving. Keep your phone out the cooking area only use it on break make sure your head is covered & you have glove on your hands stop playing over the items you are cooking to serve your customers that the most important thing good customers serve.
Place for our midnight cravings. Food is good price is reasonable too but don’t know why they always do mistakes with orders .
Food was hot and the price is right the special sauce isnt too bad either overall decent place to eat havent been inside only the drive thru
The WORST service at a Cookout location! I don't live in Oxford but I am from Oxford. I visited your restuarant last night. The young lady that took my order was rude. One of the two young ladies in the drive thru were standing at the window scrolling on her phone while the other watched entertained. They both saw me waiting at the window and kept doing what they were doing. Then one of the young ladies pointed in my direction and the other one shrugged her shoulders...I politely drove off. Ridiculous!Clearly your staff is and has been an issue from reading your reviews. If the service is trash, I don't want the food. Bad for business.
What an awesome and very inexpensive place to eat! And th milkshakes? To die for! No wonder the college kids flock to it!!!!
This fast food place is awesome!! Why do I say it's awesome??hmm, let's see; I just finished eating my dinner which consisted of a cheese burger, chicken wrap, fries, and a drink and it only cost me $5.50(+tax)!!! Yep, the reason I say it's awesome is because it's economical!! Most reasonable pricing of any fast food restaurant in my opinion! And they are very fast and the food is good and clean!! So, if you're on a budget or just don't feel the need to "break the bank" just to eat , then The Cook Out (Oxford, MS) is the place to go to for the most reasonable cost!! The reason I didn't give 5 ⭐'s is because they forgot my tomato slice in my wrap, lol. But it's completely understandable, as it happens in other places as well, and therefore not a big deal, but I had to give an honest opinion and honest rating ✔️?! So, to sum it all up; Very budget friendly (Cheap to eat), Cleanliness (mainly, really) and fast, friendly service are my reasonings behind this review!! And that, again, is my honest unbiased opinion!! I do recommend ?⭐⭐⭐⭐!!
Love cookout but these employees are wild, girl got fed up with me and my family changing our order a time or two and told me that I wasn’t getting another chance to order and that I can pull forward or just leave.
