A great place to come sit and study for a few hours, and really cute decor/ambiance. My complaint is that today the two girls working just seemed overall unhappy to be there and not very nice, and seemed to not really know what they were doing. Also a consistent food menu (actually having the things listed on the menu) would be good :)

Love Common Ground! Best way to get a pick me up. Don’t know what to order, tell them what flavors you like and they will hook you up with a the best drink. ?

I want to start off by saying you guys are always polite, but the lack of knowledge of coffee/training is the reason for such a low rating. I come to you guys because it’s close to where I work, and I am never the type of person to correct someone because I work in the service industry. With that being said, I have been in a few times and I always order an iced latte macchiato with an extra espresso shot. I pay extra for it. So, it’d be expected that I want a traditional one. One person told me you guys put cold brew in place of esperesso because most college students know what they’re ordering and they lose a lot of product that way. That’s completely understandable. So, he told me to order a „traditional“ one and it would be no issue. I come in today, and there is a new guy working. He‘s very sweet, but when I asked for a traditional one, he told me he doesn’t know if they can do it iced. I explain to him they can and what a macchiato is….he tells me oh okay and then i watch him pour cold brew into the cup after making me pay for an extra shot. And i just blankly stared at him and walked out. I don’t think anyone who doesn’t know basic coffee/tea drinks(ex: americano, cappuccino, latte, macchiato) should be put in charge of making drinks without instruction. If you charge someone extra for something, you should give them it. I just think that the employees should be trained more.

Great ambiance for reading or conversation. My latte was HOT, and took some time to drink, but it was good. There was sufficient indoor seating with tables for two, up to a tall table for eight, as well as two pairs of Adirondack chairs each connected by a side table for outside seating. The iced Chia latte was moderate in flavor -- not too weak, but not overly strong, either. They carry both Almond and Soy milk along with the various types of cow milk. I would definitely return here.

Delicious coffee! First time trying this place out, and got the vanilla latte. Coffee was great, friendly staff, highly recommend.

Great coffee, hot tea selection and comfortable surroundings.

Before I start, I just wanna say I love y'all; I've been coming here since you first opened! There are just some areas that in my opinion, need some improvements.First, the prices are a bit high, but I understand since everything has been expensive lately. However, if I'm paying <$10? for a sandwich (I actually don't know how much it is by itself because there seem to be no prices listed on any of the lunch items on Facebook or in the shop), I would like to at least like to get the chips that come with it. I wasn't informed that y'all were out until after my sandwich was made and I specifically went up and asked why I didn't get them. It's not the end of the world, just a bummer. I don't think I would have gotten the sandwich if I had known that I was only going to get half of what I paid for.Second, as mentioned earlier, I can never find the prices for food items. There never seem to be any prices listed for seasonal drinks, either, from what I can easily find. It's always a surprise when I go to pay. Unless I'm missing something? There is also no menu even stating what breakfast items are available on a given day, so I never come here for breakfast. The only constant options I know of are the breakfast burrito and possibly scones? A consistent food menu for both breakfast and lunch would be so helpful. Especially if it was also posted in the drive-thru!To add to the topic of food items, I absolutely love the sandwiches, but I don't care for the "sandwich of the day" (Facebook-posted only) menu format. I wish I could get any sandwich on any day; I would come here for lunch more often if that were the case! Especially if the lunch hours were longer!Last minor nitpick: the music is great! It's just a bit too loud, especially when I'm trying to study. That could just be chalked up to personal preference though, so fair game.To summarize, I just wish there was more consistency all-around, a better menu layout, and transparency in prices and in the case of informing customers when you have run out of ingredients/sides.

I love their kombucha and breakfast burrito.

I LOVE this place! Got a pumpkin spice scone (courtesy of Bremma's) this morning...barista told me it would be life changing. He was right. OMG! This scone with the Common Ground Mocha...I just want to go sit in a corner and suck my thumb!
