One of the reasons why I am giving this place a 4 out of 5 starts is because every time I've been there so far (like 4 times) I always had a problem trying to find someplace to sit. It was always either in a reserved spot or in a spot that the restaurant closed off. And so I decided to wait to be seated but no one came to seat me and my buddy....so we just took a seat where we knew it wasn't closed off and reserved but then no one came to take our order and we waited for like 5 minutes....so I asked for some service and they apologized and finally got to our order. However, despite all that, I have enjoyed their food and would still go there again and again. I got the 3 meat combo with the street corn and ribs, for their ribs I would get sweet and spicy hobanero ribs and sausage bites on the side with frise and tenders???. Their prices I think are actually pretty decent. Very nice atmosphere and nice waitresses. I have yet to try their big burgers that look really good!
Love Oxford chillis the southwestern egg rolls are delicious! Also recommend the Cajun chicken padta excellent!
Good Food
Food was good. Staff was friendly. Nice environment. This is my favorite Chili's.
Nice friendly place. But I went for the food. Shrimp fajita was worsr i ever had. Shrimp was raw. Veggies looked like came out of microwave, not off grill. Soggy.
Wonderful service, wait staff is always great. Love eating here any time of day.
We went into this Chili's to eat dinner. Outside it was 34 degrees and they had the air conditioner on. We ask if they could turn off the ac and was told that corporate controls this temp. They were not allowed to adjust the temp. We had already ordered our meal so we had to ask them to put in a to go box after our hands and feet became numb from the cold atmosphere . When a company doesn't make the customer comfortable they don't deserve your money. If you don't want to freeze go somewhere else!
Food was good, charged us for chip, salsa, and using the game thing when we didn't do any of it. Just didn't say nothing cause it was Christmas eve.
Worst food I’ve ever eaten. Burger was completely raw and fries were stale like they had been sitting out all day and they refused to refund me
