The individual who took my order "Ella" was not friendly i said hello how are you and she said fine and just looked at me. I had to help her out by saying, "this is when you ask me what I'd like to order," it was so funny and awkward. The individual who took my money, didn't get his name also was not friendly. If i could give ZERO stars i would and SOLELY BECAUSE OF THESE HORRIBLE FRIESrecently these fries have been nothing but hard and burnt and as if they got dipped into the fryer over and over again to be “reheated” i couldn’t eat a single one of the fries due to how hard they were. Awful. They should be soft not a rock.
The best restaurant in town. Employees are always smiling to customers even if they are under pressure. Their chicken is the best at all.

I had lost my handheld from work at the Ole MISS campus. I wasn't sure where but when I got back to Saltillo we called our tech support and they said a manager at the Chikfila in the Student Union at Ole Miss had found it. I came by today to puck it up and the Manager was so nice and she even charged my handheld. Thanks Chikfila Ole Miss.. #HottyToddy
As always the staff is beyond friendly and the food is delish. And when I’m traveling through the area on business I always stop. However, my complaint to the owner would be to question why on earth he has staff standing outside when the temperature is below freezing. This bothers me immensely. Keeping staff healthy and warm should be more important than having a line run a few minutes faster. I went in to ask why orders couldn’t be taken Inside with headsets on and was assured they could be, but when I went through yesterday they had staff outside again. I don’t think I need a meal badly enough to have people waiting on me in those conditions. I wouldn’t even let my dog be out, why would a company allow their staff to be? I hope that this is addressed. Staffing shortages are bad enough with covid. Let’s not add to the problem by having people get sick with colds or worse phenomena. I’d hope chick Fil A would care for their staff as much as they care about their customers.
I received a chicken sandwich that was cold and tasted like rot it was so bad I immediately spit it out I will never return again completely unacceptable!!!!
Always great food. Always fast and friendly service! Couldn't ask for too much more.
