Very clean and calm atmosphere. The employees are so lovely and helpful. Great selection of food and beverages. One of my favorite places in town to do work or relax on the patio while watching locals shop and enjoy their morning.
Fast and inexpensive with good food
Great atmosphere and the food and tea were very tasty. I especially loved the couch seats.
Needed a quick breakfast before checking out of the Graduate hotel. The restaurant is in the lobby with an outdoor seating area too. Had scrambled eggs, sausage and home fries. The scrambled eggs and sausage were fine but the home fries were in edible. They had an odd texture and an unusual flavor, almost like a turnup instead of a potato. I’m really not sure if the meal was fresh cooked. It almost seemed like it could have all come from the microwave. Many better places in Oxford to have a quick breakfast.
Cabin 82 is located at 400 North Lamar Boulevard, in the Graduate Oxford hotel on the historic Oxford Square, within walking distance of the Ole Miss campus and the football stadium in Oxford, Mississippi. Breakfast at Cabin 82 is a great way to start a day of sight-seeing in Oxford or touring the campus or attending a football game at the Grove and Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. You can't beat the location and the breakfast. I had oatmeal with brown sugar, apple compote, granola and maple syrup and two scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries and toast. My wife opted for French toast with Texas toast, maple syrup and fresh strawberries. No, we didn't request a hot Toddy, the campus' signature drink.
Prompt, polite service. Coffee and lattes are always delicious. The food is fantastic with generous servings. An Oxford must visit!
A limited menu of basic breakfast food. Unwilling/unable to substitute fruit for hash browns as is customary everywhere else.
Not the best tasting coffee. Kitchen closes at 2PM. Therefore, this place is more like a very limited kiosk. Really not much variety of things to offer, especially after 2PM. Nice relaxing seating area, though, both indoor and out. Having a misting fan outdoors would be a plus.

This place was recommended to my husband by a local. I loved the decor but felt a little out of place since we weren’t hotel guests and we had to walk through the hotel lobby to get to the restaurant, making me think we weren’t really supposed to be there, especially since we didn’t see a sign for the restaurant from outside. Portions were small and the plates were HUGE, which seemed weird bc our biscuits and gravy only took up 1/3 of the plate so it looked like either we were supposed to order sides and didn’t know it, or they forgot to put something else on the plate. Food tasted good but wasn’t very hot.
