Mistakes from drive thru. Dining room closed due to renovations but I went in anyway to get order fixed.
Wendy's on hacks cross is absolutely unorganized, manager is rude and disrespectful, order a double baconator combo could never get my order right, when I bring it back to get the right order, the manager look at me and ask what's wrong, told her my order wasn't rightshe grab the bag slam it on the counter, and had them to make it over! Got home order still wasn't rightand they gave me the same fries from the first order!
This Wendy’s needs to change their hours. They DO NOT open by even 6:50AM, let alone 6:30AM. ?
Please adjust your online hours. At 7:10 am there was no one answering at the drive thru.
since when are corporate fast food restaurants allowed to close an hour early? tried going through the drive thru before 9pm and they had placed a wet floor sign to prevent any new customers going through the drive thru. employees always have an attitude problem at the speaker anyways. probably not going back.
Always the same, at least they don't mess it up like other places
Waited 45 minutes for a baconator without mayo and ketchup, I tell them 6+ times and still got mayo and ketchup. Been going to this Wendy for years and still can't get their orders correct. Step it up.
Fries were soggy and chicken sandwich was clearly old. Very disappointing meal to spend my hard earned money on.
Never again will I stop here ???. I was in drive thru line for 45 minutes and I called inside and the stupid manager had nerve say dey only had 2 workers smh. Closed the store if you don't have sufficient help so customers don't have sit in a line for 44 minutes.
Waited in line for 25 minutes just to be told they aren’t making any salads. Then couldn’t get out because they are so slow. These people want big money and they are to lazy to make a salad for customers and slow as hell and messed up the order in front of me. Wendy’s do better.
