Salad missing two of its main toppings. Bacon and Avacado. Had wilted lettuce. Dried out chicken. Pretty sad.
Thre food was good, the service was okay, and it was quick to get in and out of on a weekend afternoon.
Very disappointed ☹️ I went to the location on Craft Goodman Rd to order a single burger on line while parked in the lot while the $1 March Madness special. The app would not allow me to order one after trying to figure it out for above 20 minutes. I eventually gave up and went inside to ask what I was doing wrong. I was informed that I wasn't, the problem was they ran out of hamburger meat??? Wendy's has no hamburgers ? for sale??? Well it's not money that upset me, it was just the fact that I couldn't purchase a nationality advertised promotion. So determined not to miss out I went to another location on Shelby Drive in Memphis. Once again I had a problem ordering on line, so I went in to ask if they had the same problem. No they had hamburger meat, but not one employee knew how to use the app to assist me. I'm sure that someone could have done a price override and sold me one at the special price, but it seemed that no one knew how to do that either, but they could sell me one at regular price. I just politely declined and left with a bad taste of Wendy's in my mouth.?
They got the entire order wrong. Love how they upsized the fries and it was 1/4 full.What’s up with that? Ordered sausage gravy biscuits they initially left out at the pay window got 2 cold plain sausage biscuits. It wasn’t even busy to mess up this bad. What happened to Wendy’s?? They used to be a good company. Worked for them for years when I was younger First time trying their breakfast.the biscuits tasted liked they’re frozen microwaved in plastic. Don’t recommend. Don’t spend your money here
I would be giving 0 stars if I could. During the daytime service and food is good. Something needs to be done about the evening crew. Just waited 30 minutes for cold food and old fries and had to get my order corrected. I don’t mind waiting some time, however when waiting all that time just to get cold food is ridiculous.Not to mention sitting at the window while drinks and food are sitting there and I’m watching the employees play around being unprofessional.Employees were also either talking on the phone or texting. Like I don’t care if you get on your phone or what you do on your shift, but goodness I just want what I pay for and order to be hot and fresh.
Haven't eaten at this location in a very long time due to the bad food and service. Today I give them 6 stars. Even during construction and drive thru interviews, they managed to provide excellent food and service. Great job ? ?? ??
Day time is awesome. Evening shift needs to take notes. Always a long wait not friendly. On last night I waited for a while to receive hard bread so I ask for a refund and was shorted on my refund. Also received it and all dimes which is cool just don’t insult me by not giving me all my money.
bad experience, we arrived at 7:45 pm looks like the personnel was in a hurry for finish the shift. my order was in complete, there's many people on the window trying to expedite the last orders, my order has a lot mustard no mayo at all, we request them to fix the order, and by the hurry getting worse. terrible service.
Food was great. Fries were hot and fresh and the burger was juicy and made very well.
This location was extremely rude in regards to DoorDash and picking up orders. Some days the inside will be open and other days it’s closed.? So who determines the inside store hours.? Because when online orders are sent to the restaurant they should be ready upon arrival and we should be able to walk in and get the order and leave ASAP. Otherwise, we’re waiting in the drive through line for over 30 minutes and I know that the customers food was already ready which is just sad. I mean who wants to eat cold food.!!! This needs to be addressed and fixed to help prevent future occurrences. Also on my app it clearly states to go inside the restaurant to pick up your order. I have posted a screen shot below.!!! ???
