Lost two stars due to order accuracy and lack of customer service when it was wrong.. ordered the rodeo burger with lettuce brought out first time no onion ring or Lettuce came back, again with no lettuce this time.. doesn't really bother me but the lack of service to ensure it was right she just dropped it off and left.Other than that, the Big easy was amazing and the Cajun Tots were great .. the milkshakes(coffee) was decent not to my taste but definitely worth trying. would definitely go back for that burger and hopefully better experience

Awful place to work. There is this woman that’s an assistant manager there and she is very emotionally and verbally abusive towards both workers and customers. She would yell at the workers so badly, and even in front of customers. She has went as far as to making workers cry, etc. The other managers also seemed like they never wanted to be there and were very rude. The managers does not care about workers at all. They made them work during a snowstorm and a tornado that was going on in the area. Overall, AWFUL place to work!
I hated working there because there was this old woman who was always rude, and she was such a terrible person, and never again will i ever work in such a awful place like wayback burgers. Also, the franchise owner was weird as hell, and always had a problem with everything, and didn't care whether the workers were safe or not. One time there was a snow storm, and he didnt ever call or text any of the workers if they needed a ride or if they were safe. He was just a terrible "owner" and I recommend that anyone who is a teenager, and wants their first job or any job, DO NOT GO TO WAYBACK BURGERS EVER.
I went there earlier this evening with a friend. I placed my order then she placed hers on 2 separate tickets. Her food came out. When she was half way done with her food I went up and asked if my food would be out soon. They acted like I never ordered and demanded my receipt. After this, they made my food and it had been about 45 minutes when they brought it to me. It was made incorrectly and they also forgot the fries. I took it back and immediately heard the cook say she refused to make it again. So, I asked for a refund. I was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes as she had to cook the food. Turns out the cook was the manager. I asked why she couldn't make my food or give me a refund and she told me she guessed she could make it. I said never mind because I feared she might do something to it. l again asked for a refund. I finally got a refund 1.5 hours after I arrived and left hungry. What a terrible experience. No one apologized or tried to even take any responsibility. They acted like it was my fault my order was never placed to the kitchen, then tried to make it my fault it was made wrong until I again showed my receipt with the correct ingredients requested. When they refunded me they kept the receipts and refused to give me their name. I was a frequent customer but will never go back again.

My husband and I go to Wayback for the great taste of the burgers and friendly service. I would rate a 5, but we invited friends to join us this time and sat at the round table with cloth fabric chairs. The chairs were nasty. You could see the stains and the gross hand oils on the chair arms. We all looked at each other and commented about it. We were very uncomfortable. We ate and left. Why would ahamburger and fry place even have fabric furniture. Its not cleanable between guests and habors germs, dead skin cells, etc. YUCK!
Stopped in for the first time as we are new to the area. Our food was good and the gentleman waiting on us was very nice. He actually came out and talked to us twice. I loved my chili cheese fries!! My only suggestion would be to clean the tables more frequently. Quite a few had not been wiped down between patrons, including the one we sat at. The bathroom however was reasonably clean.
Very bad customer service. I would recommend that your employees at least greet their customers by at least saying hello or can I help you. My daughter and I walked in on Saturday 02/12/2022 and went to place our order with a young girl that appeared to have an attitude with us even being there. There was no communication between us other than me telling her what I wanted. Even after placing our order she said absolutely nothing. I will say that I will not be back into your business and if you guys can’t correct the issue you guys will not be in business.
Poor service. Only take out orders because they close in half an hour. Didn’t even get the takeout order right. Plenty of workers standing around doing nothing. The service industry is indeed dead.
