Best Waffle House I've tried! What amazing customer service they have! Smiley faces, team works together, order came out perfect! The whole team was kicking a$$ together pounding out meal after meal! Very busy this Saturday morning and the staff was on point! Bestvpecan waffles ever!The only thing I donut ? like is the waffle house doesn't use REAL butter. They use a chemically made spread...It's ok though because I didn't add it!My waffle was delicious!Kudos to ur staff!!!Daja was the best server I've had in a long time! She rocks! Wonderful experience...we had a great young server..she was very very attentive. Food was hot and delicious as well. Table was clean and restrooms were as well. We love this particular Waffle House. We WILL be back! :)
I would give them less then this. I was told they was closed knowingly they are open 24/7. I am never able to catch them in the morning. It’s just getting out of hand. The workers complain and never show that they care about the customers. This is mainly the night shift, early morning crew. How can any other Waffle House I’ve been to never close, but this one always close. ?♂️ I do not recommend. I rarely write reviews but I had to with this one. I’M WARNING YOU NOW ‼️
Breakfast at 7 am. Food good, but service so-so. Gave us coffee but no plastic ware, napkin, etc. Didn't ask about cream/sugar. We had to ask. Buddy asked for tea and brought coffee. Brought waffle, but no syrup --- had to ask. I asked for jelly and she asked what kind, but never brought it. Had ti ask the new crew. Granted the end of her shift after working night, but we're not talking rocket-science here...
I don't mean to be one of those customers that complain.. I used to work at a fast food restaurant myself, so I understand what they probably deal with alot.. but I won't lie the hash browns had a weird after taste, Im not really a huge fan of their food but it's ok, I can still eat it if I needed to but I probably will not come back for a while and whenever I come here, they take a long time and the employees are always too busy arguing with the other customers... I'm also not a fan of loud restaurants, alittle noise is okay but everyone in that waffle house is always SCREAMING loud and shouting and cursing and arguing and I don't like that kind of environment especially when I want to have a pleasant meal at 3am... I perfer IHOP alittle bit better..

Easy in easy out service was fast and waitress's super attentive and hospitable. The whole team moved in synchronicity. Loved it. You guys keep up the good work!
The meal was ok, none of it was quite done though. Waffle House evidently has become a playground for the employees. They were playing music so loud that they had to yell in order to take customers orders and were cutting up and using foul language. Some customers turned around and left. The service was poor. I have eaten at Waffle House everyday for years but I think this was my last time at this one.
By far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I did not even have the opportunity to order as the employee with short blonde cut decided to inform me of a 20-30 minute wait with neck rolls included while as if customers walking in alone was an issue. She then proceeded to decide to take a break while in the middle of taking a customer’s order while putting on her coat and walking off the floor. By far very disrespectful and unprofessional.
We visited this Waffle House one morning around 5:30 am; after returning from a 17+ hour visit to the ER for my husband, learning he had kidney stones. I'm sorry but I did forget our server's name, but she & the cook were holding down the fort on their own on January 25, 2022. This lady was super sweet & gave excellent service. Thank you for helping end our, otherwise exhausting & aggravating night, on a good note. The food was excellent as well. Thanks to the cook also.
