i brought my 3 year old daughter here and we were here right as the young lady was opening the door. I have always loved TCBY! my mother used to take us when we were kids. I was trying to test their new marshmallow flavor but nothing was coming out and it said the mix was low. Well when i asked the woman if they had anymore marshmallow flavor, she said “no ma’am that’s all we have.” and i said “oh okay i think it’s out then.” just to let her know maybe she should put a sticker on it or something saying it’s out. well she then immediately got an attitude with me and said “it’s not out. if you just hold it down it will come out” i held it down for about TWO MINUTES straight and still nothing. i’m not stupid, i know how to work the lever to an ice cream machine. so i rudely responded “yeah well i held it down and nothing came out so it’s out” and she came over to look at it like she knows how to pull a lever better than i am capable of? she then tried to make up for her attitude by talking about the weather and being very awkward and weird. what a horrible experience i was really looking forward to bringing my daughter here for the first time and she just made the whole thing annoying and unenjoyable. the frozen yogurt is great as always though so that’s why i gave 3 stars
Excellent customer service. Good selection of two kinds of yogurt ice cream; soft and hard. Going to go try both kinds! Shop was clean and happy looking and feeling. Prepacked available along with pies! Nice place!
My favorite place. They have so many flavors now.. So it's very hard to pick..

The Customer Service was absolutely Amazing. You can get a little creative with your toppings. As a Travel Agent I love doing Market Research for my clients. Can't wait to share Tcby with my clients.
