If I have the option to give zero stars review for this location I would .I have visited this store 2 month ago and their ice machine was down , their dinning area drink machine was down , dining area tables were dirty bathrooms have no pepper towels . I reported my concerns to the manager on duty and the team members so that they can fix these issues and decided not to dine in any more instead to try another location.Today I decided to give this store another chance ,my biggest mistake.I placed my order over the app waited 30 minutes still no one acknowledged my order, there were 5 employees in the store and it was not a rush hour nor busy . I have to follow up on my order with several employees till I finally got my food after 45 minutes wait.Then I tried to pick up a table to sit, all tables were dirty , no one bothered to take the time and clean them, I had to clean my own table .Dining area floors were dirty , bathrooms dirty, drink machine Still down, ice machine still down.They were out of several drinks , no Dr pepper they said it's being discontinued, no diet or regular mountain dew.Employees seems they only want to serve drive thru customs , dine in customers have to wait and are ignored. That's the worst customer experience ever.A restaurant business is not about food only ,it's also about customer service . This will be my last visit to this store , this store has serious issues that needs immediate attention. I will spend my money some where else ...
I went to 2 locations which they say they are open and people are in the place are they just lazy I went by location which says on internet 2 am in Southaven Goodman rd and wouldn't answer the speaker then in Olive Branch and thereSupposed to be open till 3 am says on internet, false advertising or just plan lazy people riding the clock! 2/272022
38 minutes TRAPPED IN THE DRIVE THRU!! (Know if your car can handle curb hopping before you commit.. it’s THAT bad!)The last time, which I forgot about, it took them 32+ minutes, same scenario about 8+ months ago.This is THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO! Why can’t Chick-Fil-A serve the Lord’s chicken 24 hours, 6 days a week… ??Instead I’m praying someone will end Taco Bell.Your tacos are DEAD TO ME!! ☠️?☠️?☠️
I ordered a large Pepsi and a nacho bell Grande. I got 2 nachos and a medium Pepsi. When I asked why it's not large Pepsi she said medium is the largest we got. And they had no containers for nacho bell Grande so they gave me 2 of the small nachos. It was all cold and soggy! Worst food I've ever had from Taco Bell!
I don’t know why I keep giving this location chances. Tonight was the worst. I was given the wrong order and went inside to let them knows the lady working drive through took my bag and chunked it in trash. While waiting staff talked to other people on phone about personal drama and arguing with one another. When I received second bag it was still entirely wrong. I gave up and left.
Used to be better, ordered soft tacos and they were the worst I've ever had.they should have been called wet mushy and bet you cant hold it in your hand tacos.
The absolute worse experience ever with Taco Bell.I ordered the Chalupa combo through the drive thru. I was NOT in a hurry. The taco was cracked in two pieces and all the filling was pouring out. The Chalupas were not thoroughly cooked. It was like eating raw dough. I was not given a receipt so I am unable to complete the survey. I left both hungry and disappointed.
I ordered 6 crunchy tacos supreme. All 6 tacos were half filled. It was the worst tacos that I have ever gotten. I feel that I paid too much for such terrible food.
Great customer service. They went above and beyond for me. They had only two people working and they were performing very well. They had a line in the drive thru and they were moving the line.
My husband went to Taco Bell on New years day had ordered nacho bell grande and 3 crunchy taco Supreme all Taco Supreme had nothing on them but lettuce and maybe teaspoon meat no cheese no sour cream and no tomatoes called back I spoke to a rude employee did not say her name also hung up phone while I was talking to her
