Now I know that these type of establishments hire literally anyone. My issue is that part of their training for their job should include them having good manners. Your company can learn a lesson from Chick fila. I literally had a cashier slam the sliding door in my face when I went back through the drive thru to have her fix my order. What happened to the customer is always right? Is this the type of behavior that is promoted? Now granted this is not the first time I've had an issue at a taco bell but this is by far the worst experience I've encountered. Your employess do not know there place and have attitude issues. Also, your managers are all jokes. I will not be eating a taco bell moving forward.
If I could give zero stars I would. Let me say that once the Covid 19 pandemic is over, places like this I hope will be remembered by people in the Olive Branch area as a place that took advantage of the drive-thru/curbside policies to give more than subpar service to being just outright rude. It is just terrible to think just because your doors are closed to the public that you can treat your customers anyway you want because you don’t have to face them in person in your establishment. The woman who took our order was very rude. We asked for a strawberry freeze and was just told “it’s broken”. Then we got to the window I asked for a receipt and was again told “it’s broken”. I mean really the register is broken and can’t produce a receipt or is it maybe they are too lazy to replace the paper. Then the guy who brought our food out just handed it to us and did not say a word. No thank you or anything. When this pandemic is over and places reopen their dining rooms to the public, please remember this Taco Bell as one who used a crisis to be rude to its customers. If they did this to me, I’m sure they have done this to others. Could be why there was no line in their drive thru at 6:00 at night. Word must be out but unfortunately we did not get them memo .
Our order was not what we asked for but it was ok since they gave us an extra taco. Really need to pay attention to what the customer asks for in order to give good service. Our food did come out in good time and it was fine.
We live in the area and I need to drive farther to go to a different taco Bell to test them out. The servings are skimpy. Taco salads I thought had beans in them and salsa, the last two times I've gotten from this location the salad was missing both. This location is also very slow.
