Me and my Best friend love taco bell. Yes some of them do get your order rong. But the two in olive branch are good at keeping it right and clean. The people are nice there. The number 6 and 7 with a Baja blast is the best. That is one of the reasons I think this is my one of my favorite restaurants. Some have bells you can ring if the food is good. It's fun to do that
Ordered through grubhub. Ordered a large cherry sunrise freeze, received a medium. Ordered a black bean quesarito add tomatoes, received without tomatoes. Both requests were an upcharge. Fortunately grubhub gave me a full refund, but if someone pays for extra, then you should give it to them..
Worst manager ever! I had a order that was completely awful. I called to speak w the manager and she wouldnt eve listen to me. She set the phone down. I have been calling for over an hour. She has the phone off the hook so she didnt have to deal with it. Very unprofessional! I would bever deal with this location again.
The kids really enjoyed their Tacos. Seem to have just the right amount of meat n toppings
Rude, incompetent employees. Downright hostile to customers. Nasty ratchet attitudes. Sat in line for over 20 minutes to be treated probably more rudely than I ever have in my life by a restaurant employee. The food sucked too. Avoid at all costs!
Awful awful, order from a delivery service. The poor driver sit in line for almost a hour. The food was wrong and cold and the employees are very rude.
Brought family to dine in for lunch and not told until food was paid for that the dining room is closed. Got our food and tomatoes on things that I requested no tomato and husband nachos supreme had no tomato or sour cream. Tea was basically green water. Never use this taco bell again.
Just waited over 40 minutes on a Sunday night. And got to speaker to wait again. Had to drive off. Not worth it. If not enough staff just close up.....
Came through the drive through to place a quick order of about 2 combos and a couple of extra tacos and some nachos. As I am trying to tell the drive-thru person my order she kept saying “is that it?” Over and over after the first 3 things then I proceed to tell her I have a few things I want to continue to order so then I go on with my order and she says AGAIN, “ is that it?” So I continued to tell her what I wanted and she said Pull around with an attitude! So at this point I’m just like forget what the heck I was trying to order and when I get to the window I don’t get any kind of greeting the cashier just sticks her hand out for my card. & doesn’t even give me a receipt. I called when I got home to speak with the manager on duty about the horrible customer service and she proceeded to tell me that was her in the drive thru and that they don’t give out receipts. I’m just appalled. EVERY TIME I go to this location i ALWAYS have issues!
Had a big order from drive thru. Got home, everything was perfect. Piping hot. Lady working window was professional and extremely sweet. Keep up the great work.
